I'm from Mumbai and my family is from western Maharashtra. I found out that most marathi businessmen are from north Maharshtra and western maharahstra. And konkani ppl actually don't do much business hence becuz of that in Mumbai PPL thing whole marathi community don't do business. Bt it's not. Even rajatshan Royals team in ipl is owned by a maharashtrian. It's just south indian, marathi and Bengali most do their businesses abroad cuz they do product based businesses. And India is shit for product based businesses compared to abroad. Currently I'm in usa and here marathi, bengi and south indian community is actually richer than gujjus
