Mikazuki really is so beautiful, in every sense of the word. I'm not sure if he's original design but I can recognize him anywhere, even before I knew who he was.
His design is original - you'll never see a character that looks like him anywhere ( unless another game/anime/etc copies it which they probably will because he/touken ranbu is so popular )
Rio Pascua Maybe its his attire? Hes wearing a Japanese male traditional attire anyway, you are bound to see it somewhere if you are familiar with Japanese culture, but his whole design is original. If its not Nitro+ wont dare using it.
It's Mugenranbushou(夢現乱舞抄) by Itagaki Soutaro I believe (not much info found on it, aside of the fact it's a single produced under King records, sorry...)

I really wish this game would come to the US and other places so all fans can enjoy the game. Right now I only know as much as Hanamaru let's me.
