My favorite character in Touken Ranbu but not yet present Touken Ranbu Warriors is Horikawa Kunihiro because his voice actor is Junya Enoki, he is the voice actor of Yuji Itadori in Jujutsu Kaisen and Tom Holland's Japanese dubbing actor like Spider-Man in Marvel Cinematic Universe, Junya was also approved by Tom in Spider-Man: No Way Home international interview
Horikawa Kunihiro is a human depiction of a wakizashi or traditional Japanese sword with a blade length of between 30 and 60 centimeters and this sword is similar to a katana, but shorter, wakizashi is even often worn with a katana by samurai.
And based on history, Horikawa Kunihiro was the wakizashi wielded by Hijikata Toshizo during the Bakumatsu period or the period when the samurai ended in Japan, but Horikawa's original body in the form of wakizashi was declared lost in Hakodate, Hokkaido which is where Hijikata Toshizo died
Very small number of enemies for a Musou game ngl, still looks fun

I have a question. Whats about Omokage ist he playable? Does he join your Party or is he dlc?
I think DLC is cosmetics only. Based on what I saw on the website, it looks like Omokage does join the party sometime during the story.

It's really annoying how half of the stuff they say during gameplay isn't subbed so all the exp screens or special moves no idea what's being said and don't say turn subs on , they are, so much information missed cuz studio can't type...

I think your review is ok but left out a big part. Last year everything was ga ga over sw5 graphics. Personally I thought they were trash. But this game has detailed toons and backgrounds. It make dw sw look bad.
Yeah i played the demo and it runs better than most musou games on Switch.

While not really Musou games in general, the Senran Kagura games are pretty much the waifu version of Touken Ranbu
There's even a ninja-themed crossover with the Neptunia series on the Switch
