    Chocolate 300 grams
    Milk 150 grams
    Heavy cream 150 grams
    Butter 45 grams

    MA SHAA ALLAH.Itna sahi aur imaandari se aap yeh sab sikhate ho jo ek Musalman ki paihchan honi chahiye jo aap me hai .Aajkal log naam ke peechhe bhagte hain par aap itna sab kuchh sahi tarike se samjhate ho aur hum sab ko yahi nasihat mili hai ke achhi bate aur ilm jo tum jante ho woh dusron tak pahonchao wahi aap karrahe hain.Mai India se hun par mujhe nahi pata aap ka talyk kaunse country se hai.Lekin aap sab ko barabar jawab dete ho.ISI TARAHimaandari se aap apna kaam karen In shaa Allah woh din dur nahi jab har jagah aap ke hi charche honge.YEH MERI DUA HAI.AAMEEN

      JazakAllah bahoot bahoot.. yeh baat to sach hao k hunara deen hjmain yahi seekhata hai, k jo ilm ap ko hai chahye woh deen ki ho ya dunya ki us ko dusron tak pohchana humara kaam hai... aur yeh bhi baat sahi hai k knowledge batnay se barhti hai... aur han may Karachi, Pakistan se hon.. umeed hai k aap logon tak sahi baat pohcha sakon jo mujhe pata hai... jazakAllah keep sharing 😊

    💠isme cream kon sa use kiya hai - dairy or non-dairy cream?
    💠can we use oil instead of butter? If yes then how much quantity of oil?
    💠 after pouring on cake, is it require to put a cake in fridge?

    Sir maine morde brand milk chocolate use karke same recipe se ganash banaya per wo 24 hours bad thick huva room temperature main store karne ke bad hi 2 din main teast thoda khatta lagne laga hain to plz muze bata ye muzse kaha galti ho gai .....our india main konse brand ka chocolate use kare.....sir plz guide for me ......i have made some recipies by following your videose and it givese very perfect results and your tips help lot in baking thanx for all the videose

    Hy sir i m from india..first of all thank you sooo much for this tutorial and i tried today seeing u r video about 10 times....i have a doubt that when i whipped the cream after 3rd batch i got too runny and then got lot of air bubbles too , then i refrigerated got a correct consistency, so my question is where i made mistake...thank u soo much in advance...next i want to try u r swiss butter cream also...

      I think by this recipe you made ganache in winter ?? Because now its getting warm day by day, you have to add more chocolate , 2:1

      Wsalam, agar yeh blender nahi to thoda kharcha karna parega ta k ganache aur smooth bane, wese ek tariqa yeh hai k ap apne spatula ko try karain k ganache k ander hi dip rahe aur mix karain ganache ta k air kam se kam jay

    Have u melted ganbache or what u done
    Whenever I try to write with chocolate or gannache it starts seting in the pipng .n Main usse likh nahi paati...
    Please guide me...

      Yes i wrote with ganache, and for that you have to know the right temperature of ganache so it cant be set in the piping, another option is that for writing or mehndi designs always use 100 grams cream,200grams chocolate and 10% oil of the recipe, this is best for writing, hope u get it

    Plz tell what should b the fat content of chocolate.. how would we know that it's best chocolate.. plz n one more thing is it important to warm the cream before adding in the melted chocolate or we can just add whipped cream instead after when chocolate comes at room temperature. Plz guide me I'll b thankful.
