it kinda sounds like a combination of primo mix and a shadow raptor, just louder and weight less, i am running those expensive, extra ,light, plastic, orange tubes and they sound a little different though

I had the colony wasp hub with g sport rim best setup I had that was a few years back
I have a propper select free coaster hub. It’s always silent. I assumed all free coasters were that way. Learn something new everyday

Profile makes some specifically for them.
I personally use the old Gsport gland 3 guard in the front and a daily grind guard in the back. The one on the teal hub shown here is the profile specific one.

1:13 The Profile Elite is a trails hub really and the Profile mini is the all rounder the only thing is the bearings blow out easy on those hubs then you get a wobbley wheel witch is so annoying the Plantary freecoaster is a clone of the ezra hub i think Brant my khe internals primo freemix is still holding up after four years of me riding it and peeps know i am well hard on parts and break things all the time
Paul James is it a trails hub tho? I swear it’s a racing hub. If you ride trails with a elite it will have more drag but if you pedal (which you probably won’t do much of when at trails) it will instantly have the engagement
Jack Paterson0311 When I run profiles parts I run profile mini hubs with a 14mm titanium axle up front and a solid profile axle in the back I used them for everything but i used to blow the bearings out every month got fed up with it now I’m running Cinema Reynolds wheels and they’re lighter 🔥👍🚲💨
Why do they need to be so loud? The elite is just ridiculous. I’d prefer the other 2. Have a mini in mine and thought it was excessively loud. Like is there a point to having a loud bike?

I really don't understand why the sound of the cassette has become a major factor in choosing a hub... But anyway, I prefer quiet hubs, freecoasters are the best in this case since they're 100% silent, but as I ride cassette hubs, to me the Planetary is the winner. It really seems to be the best hub ever due to being good for cassette fans like me and for F/C street riders, and it's not really loud. And even if it were a little louder I would still get one since what's important is everything else like quality, performance etc.
Haha I think it’s kinda similar to how some people want a loud car or loud stereo system. And a lot of kids like The Who’s hub is louder thing.
I think the mini is perfect for what I like to hear. Just satisfying to me. Haha

Everyone likes what they like. It's not our job to question. If they are happy with what they are riding then I am happy for them. I need no justification.

What's the difference between freecoaster and cassette
A cassette has to be pedaled backwards while doing a fakie, a freecoaster doesn’t. Not having to pedal backwards can help make fakie’s easier to balance and make it easier to do tricks from them

i have a question, i have a profile mini, super happy with it, puts my Primo Remix 2011 to shame in every way possible, but i don't like the "buzzing" noise at all, never been a fan of more points of engagement, i prefer fewer but louder clicks, is it ok if i remove 2 springs and double spring the remaining 2?
That would probably shorten the lifespan of the hub drastically.
Uhm...don't the remix and the profile use the exact same driver mechanism?

Ahmad roughly 380 but you can pay with klarna with 3 different purchases, I’d recommend getting it in sourced custom wheels as they cost less than getting them done professionally although you’ll need to know how to swap your tyre
