Hi can you check whether my ladder logic is correct or no? i am also working on totalizer formula. But I am not sure, since this is my first project in industrial automation
@@EASYPLCTRAINING I was trying to ask, is the implementation same in delta plc also? Like these functions, u used in this vdo, are similar ones available in delta plc?
Dear Sir, Using 4-20 ma to measure or calculate the Total flow is not accurate for the following reason: - there is un accuracy % of ma measured by the AI card - there is a time dealy in the ma measured by the PLC AI card and CPU processing time - there is a lattle ma flactuation in the ma arriving to the PLC AI card because of the noise the correct way is to have accurate Flow Totaliztion (Accumaltion) is the following: - Flow meter that have a pulse output ( Like one pulse for each 5 m3) connected to PLC high speed digitail input , each time PLC recerive pulse input it icrease the totallization by 5 m3 (If the PLC receive 5 pulse it means the total is 25 m3). - Flow meter make the flow totalization calculate and send it to the PLC by Modbus or Profibus Communication
Thank you for your video. Hello from France
Thank you very much, this really helped me a lot.
Hello my friend what an amazing video, very self explanatory, I have a question, what is the exact model of the flow meter?
Thank you very much, it was really awesome
Please make a video with pulses of flow meter
Thank you very much Sir!
Great Video
Thanks I am trying to find time to make some more videos regarding automation and PLCs
Nice video. Can you tell me the what's the Flow Meter Model?
Very nice
Thanks
@@EASYPLCTRAINING thank you very much sir..Keep uploading videos.
thanks sir perfect video
Incredible video Master, would be awesome if you could make a similar video for s7 200, I know is gonna be kind of the same but would appreciate it
*I meant s7 1200

This is great, don't you have a pdf file for this project?
Thanks brother, I just make video contant.
Thanks, still appreciated.
thank you for this tutorial
good
great explanation, but, can you tell me the type of the flow meter? thanks
Norma flow meter with 4 to 20ma output
thank you very much !!!
What if use pulse signal from flowmeter rather than analog to plc. Can you teach, i read it we can take flowrate, temperature, density
Just make a function in program , which can add litre on every input pulse of the flow sensor
may i know what is the rigth position of control valve and flow transmitter or flow transmitter first and second is control valve
Mostly flow meter installed first and after that Control valve
@@EASYPLCTRAINING sir in PLC proggram what is common instruction you use THAK TOU
Can this be done using a delta dvp ss2 PLC?
Yes with analog input card

Dear Sir,
Using 4-20 ma to measure or calculate the Total flow is not accurate for the following reason:
- there is un accuracy % of ma measured by the AI card
- there is a time dealy in the ma measured by the PLC AI card and CPU processing time
- there is a lattle ma flactuation in the ma arriving to the PLC AI card because of the noise
the correct way is to have accurate Flow Totaliztion (Accumaltion) is the following:
- Flow meter that have a pulse output ( Like one pulse for each 5 m3)
connected to PLC high speed digitail input , each time PLC recerive
pulse input it icrease the totallization by 5 m3 (If the PLC receive 5 pulse
it means the total is 25 m3).
- Flow meter make the flow totalization calculate and send it to the PLC by Modbus or Profibus
