Thanks for sharing! My wife and I rode TT2 on opening day and it was an amazing experience; however, it did seem to vibrate quite a bit, especially when riding on a wheel seat. My favorite part of it is the backwards launch at 101 mph. I can understand why Cedar Point decided to close the ride and make some modifications to the trains. Steel Vengeance is definitely one my favorite coasters as well. I rode Magnum XL 200 when it was new and it has definitely gotten worse. In the 90's it used to ride very smooth and not have painful ejector. I'm thinking it may be due to the changes in the placement of where the lap bar rests on the leg.
I rode TT2 "5" times on day" 3" I believe it was, "4" of which were in the front seat (I ride all coasters front row!), one ride in the rear. Being its location from home, app. 2.5 hrs. I rode the original Top Thrill Dragster since day one for app. 19 years, one visit I rode it 11 times. The new ride is/was incredible, BUT that original 'launch" was unmatched...remains one of the most desired rides in the nation...
That’s my home park. Love that place.
