      People didn't just wake up and start doing crime if you study history you can see where it started to rise nobody wants to talk about where this crap started the government had a huge hand in spreading drugs n guns in the ghetto just because the government is not still involved today does not mean they are not responsible for the problems they were involved in crack cocaine, redlining, AKA sundown towns,n gun's I'm not saying people in the ghetto are not responsible for their own actions they should all be held accountable but they did not create the ghettos n problems it looks that way because people don't know what happen there was a lot of factors that play a part in what we see today black owned businesses ❤️‍🔥 n bombed maybe that would have been a motivation for todays youth if white supremacy wasn't so dam evil there were so many things that took place before this generation of blacks became so bad but society wants to pretend like these issues just came from no where yea right

I've had 2 attempted car Jack's I a 2 week pperiod aaznd previously had none in th 37 yrs here. maybe its time to hire the ATV and motorcycle's that run the city. just give em money and walkie talkies. is there ever going to be a actual leader in America? no just models and spokespeople who want a real job after they look after the special interest group that they are in debt to

    I've lived near the city of Philadelphia for 63 years, worked in the city of over 20 years and I'm often in the city. Most the citizens are good people, the rest are not.
    If someone where to do the research they would know that the last time the total murders in Philadelphia were below 200 was in 1966. The 1970's, 1980's and 1990's murders increased and did not go down until after 1998 (500 murders in 1990 even though the population was lower). Another interesting fact, although more are now killed by firearm the murder rate was basically steady until the city decided to keep more criminals on the street while blaming police for the results of city officials incompetence and lies then locking down businesses starting in 2020. 2021 saw 562 homicides, a 12% increase over 2020. If people really knew what city officials do they would not be happy, including what they do to the homeless and turning Kensington into a money maker for their family members working for city (to be more specific, CLIP).
    To summarize, don't blame the tool, the city of Philadelphia's autopsy tables will always be full as long as the city keeps lying to the public about what the problem really is. And remember, murder is not the only violent or non violent crime citizens are being lied to about.

  • @Brakdayton

    We definitely need new leaders!!! It’s like they are totally ignoring the problem. Yet investors are buying and renovating the entire city. This can only happen with City consent. They are spending lots of money somewhere but it’s not on helping the people.
    This isn’t a problem for police. City leaders could invest in education and community programs that have been proven to work. What happened to summer youth jobs, what happened to after school and summer camps. These programs do so much with so little but it cost money.
    Philadelphia schools are poorly funded and poorly educating ppl so you have uneducated poor ppl living on top of each other in a concrete jungle. Depression, poverty, and poor education is a recipe for disaster. And our city officials are a joke.

    THE MESSAGE...
    Funny how we hear about 10 of these stories every year then after a few months it just blows away in the wind. Nobody really going after the root of all the evil in the world. it's always business as usual in a short matter of time. This world is totally desensitized to these types of crimes and the fake outrage is now just annoying. You do know there's a reason for this. You do know there's a cycle in place. You do know society contributes to this. You do know no matter how great you think Obama was he never once address the complete destruction of the male race. When a person do try to shine any kind of light on how the wicked controls the power and the genocide of the male race leaving nothing but wolves and wolves in sheep clothing the powers that be will silence that person through strength of numbers so the evil and destruction can continue. The part everybody wants to block out is monsters are not born but made. People really act like
    Aileen Wuornos just woke up one morning and said..... you know what i just feel like shooting truck drivers today. We failed her when she was a child, and she came back for revenge as an adult just like every other violent criminal in our sordid history. To accept this fact is to accept our own failure as a human race and the reckoning we have bought on ourselves .....GRIM

  • @bill9989
    @bill9989 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    The "manpower situation" the officer mentioned is because the District Attorney is more concerned with putting police officers in jail than murderers. Philly is down about 600 officers and cannot find qualified candidates for a low paying, low respect, high danger job..

    • @2AMpodcasts

      It’s a lot of black men in philly that want those police jobs by the city Human resource office is purposely not hiring them

    • @bill9989
      @bill9989 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@2AMpodcasts Now you know that's not true. There are two major obstacles to Philly black men getting police jobs. The first is, in order to be a cop, you have to have a clean criminal record. Very few black males have clean records.
      The second factor is passing the police test. Again, very few can do that.
      Another lesser factor is that because of very aggressive affirmative action programs in colleges and business, any black, male or female, that otherwise qualifies for a police job is enticed away with college scholarships and jobs.

    PA could decide to have tougher gun laws like in the other northeast states but does not. The gun death rates are lower there - but that’s all under threat with the far-right Supreme Court which wants to proliferate enough guns to arm every psychopath and street urchin. And the overdose rates are probably the same as in West Virginia or other rural areas - but in greater number in cities where there are more people.. As for suburbanites, school mass shootings show they won’t be safe from this either. People who complain about mayors and DAs don’t realize that these are national problems brought to you by an insurrectionist/tyrannical party and the sooner they vote Republicans out of power the sooner something can be done about it, but it will take at least a generation or two to clean up the mess.
