It was the best one as i have been looking for “arnold exterior lighting” tutorials now for last 3 months. Really impressive explanation of all the aspects. Just bravo 👏. Subscribed now.
Thankyou so much ! These tutorials are a blessing! The best i have come across, paid or free. Your knowledge about 3ds max and everything related is so immense and incredible. I not only feel encouraged but also so inspired while watching these videos.
Thanks Great tutorials ;) I have a problem that when Arnold finishes rendering the render image gets desaturated and darker as if some filter is being applied in post.
Frustrating ! all my point lights are showing up as big sharp edged light spheres in reflective surfaces, in the renders. can anyone please help me ? when i turn down the exposure they show as dull grey spheres. why is the light spread showing up like this in renders ?
Hey, i have tried to use a sketchup file in Max, but when i import it everything is like one object. Do you know how can i ungroup it to use the different objects? Thank you in advance :))
That is normal. Import it in steps, use components in Sketchup or as I sometimes do: use different colors in Sketchup that turns into different Material-IDs in Max and you can easily adress them in polygon sublevel of the mesh. Max loves large geometries instead of lots of objects.
I am an architecture student and love this channel. Thanks for it
What an epic ending! Great work! Thank you very much!!!

In which format do we need to save our sketchup file so that it can be opened in 3ds max?
simply save it as a regular "skp" file. Maybe it only works if you save it not as the latest version. I am still using "2017 make"
I love that advice at 7:42 to lock your rendering camera! I would always activate another view and then started rendering it by accident :)

How to adjust shadow direction like sun?
I do not understand the question. The position of the light defines the direction of the shadow.
where can i find the modelling tutorial for this exterior....
That is a 3d model, that I got from the 3d warehouse of SketchUp. In the beginning I am explaining how to get it.
@@AFTutorials Ok thanks mate. Have a great and safe year ahead❤️
Haben Sie Deutsche version auch ?
Ich fürchte nicht. Die 3DStudio Max Tutorials gibt es nur in Englisch.
