Building strength in a full range of motion. Say you want to train a full range deep split squat. In your first attempt, you wouldn’t want to go full deep and hurt your knee, you’d want to slowly build your range of motion up until you have the strength in your knees to have a full range of motion in the exercise eventually your knees will gain the strength and flexibility to go deep and over your toes. This is just one example, but you could do it with anything

I use only dumbbells. I love dumbbells. Still need to get a little heavier weights but I have 50lbs and some of my lifts using the 50s are perfect
