To speak Frankly, if you really want to learn correct English well, you have to go to Canada or USA. But if the tuition in the Philippines less than half of that in Canada or USA, you don't care about the accurate use of English and communication ability is your main concern, you can select the Philippines. I've been to the Philippines for sightseeing before and I found the average Filipino couldn't speak English well. Their English is something like they picked up somewhere on the street and nothing with which they have used since they were born. They can speak English better than the average person in Asia just because they've got more opportunities to communicate in English but it doesn't necessarily mean they can use English more precisely than others or their English education is better than that of other Asian countries.
Tbh, I think Phillipines Study ENG is very suitable for those intermediate and basic ENG learners, especially the basic ENG learners. If your ENG is good enough to communicate with foreigner in a daily life, then I will suggest them to go to the other countries, such as Canada or The United State.
The fact that you've been to the Philippines only for sightseeing and not really to immerse yourself in our culture, meet the people, and actually spend time getting to know our level of competency when it comes to the English language shows how little you actually know about the Philippines and the Filipinos. English is my first language and I can tell you there are a lot more Filipinos like me who have learned English first before our own mother tongue.
Based on your grammar alone, I can tell you that most Filipinos write and speak better English than you. You can underestimate the way they speak, especially their accents, but Filipinos still have a cold-hard advantage over East Asians, and it is not just because of their neutral accents. They have an inborn sense of speaking it in a way that you'll understand what is being said, because that is the only important thing in communication.
其實我看完這部影片,最大的心得是:語言真的是用來溝通的,每個人回答的單字,文法,句型都會不盡相同,所以聽得懂就好,重點是 open your mind~~~~~^^

但是如果是工作用的英文最好還是不要犯錯，不然很不專業😶
