@@flywithriad Runway 32 has been used here for Westerly departures since to access Runway-14 you need to taxi via November, which is closed now for construction, hence you need to backtrack to get there, which, the pilots usually do not want or prefer to make a 180° degree turn to line-up, hence, they take Runway-32 to depart for Middle-Eastern routes via IKOGU-1A and BATEL-1A SIDs. :)
