Thanks for showing the blood trailing. A LOT of folks need to see more of that and be taught how to do it properly. We actually need some detailed videos with explanations of what TO and what NOT to do. From marking the spot where they stood when shot (while still in stand), to examining the arrow and letting it tell you where you hit. Listening intently after the shot. How to tell which side is bleeding more and if the animal back tracked. Bubbles in water can tell you which way the animal is moving. How to tell if you need to wait or start the trail. Great job as usual guys.
Another amazing vid. I’m new to So Fla. Really enjoy your channel. I know most of your videos are in public lands. WMA’s. Whats the name of this WMA ? Many channels describe what public WMA the hunt is taking place. Is there a reason you don’t name the WMA in your description ? On another note, what saddle system are you using ? Do you use hang on stands as well ? J.
The saddles we use are either the wood hunting saddle deluxe or the JX3 Hybrid. We don’t really use hang ons the saddle has worked really well for us. But to answer your question about the WMAs. We purposely don’t mention WMAs out of respect to the hunters that hunt there. It takes a lot of work to find good spots, so we don’t want to flood areas with our followers. But I will say that all WMAs have deer and you just have to put in time to find them. -Mark
