Victor I'm 33. 5 foot 7. 185 pounds. I recently done 10 sets of 10 skull crushers using 25 pounds each arm. I broke up each set by jumping up and immediately doing dumbell curls for biceps. I got an unbelievable pump and noticeable gains. However, the pain and tightness in my triceps lingered for up to week. I heard of bodybuilders doing heavy squats and having that pain for up to a week as well. What supplement or forms of stretching can I use to speed up recovery so I can get back to adding more gains. I am a natural lifter. I don't take protein shakes, creatine, only the occasional pre work out. However the work out mentioned did not include a pre work out. I enjoy eating food for gains and wanna stay natty.

I got a question vic I used 200 mg d bol with 150 mg anadrol 2 weeks i felt so il so i stopped but No i wonder can i benefit for the 2 weeks of that crazy dosage rest of my life ? I Will never juice again
Some people has natural high level testosterone which can cause acne. He’s doing good things it may be just hormones and over time it will get better but yeah scrubbing and don’t put oils on your back
