- Another acrylic pouring inspirational video! This is a commission painting for a friend, it has sort of a barrier reef feel. I love playing with different colors for the basecoat, it had so much interest and depth. I hope you enjoy!

I'm an at home mama/ professional and experimental artist. I do commission and gallery work in my small mountain community, Sandpoint Idaho.
Basecoat:
1 or 2 parts floetrol
1 part artist loft flow white
.25 part GAC 800
.5 part satin enamel (Behr)
Water to thin
Puddle Paint mixture:
1 part paint (less with golden fluids)
.5 part floetrol
Squirt of liquatex pm
Squirt of GAC 800
Water to thin, similar consistency to base
Cloud over mix:
1 part floetrol
1 part latex satin house paint
.25 part decoart satin enamel
Water to thin

Hello Ms. Sara, this is just gorgeous. Have tried your formula often without great results but will keep trying. I would like to thank you for the things I have learned from wtching your videos. To me the most awesome thing (maybe I am slow on uptake) is the making of colors I really enjoy painting with by mixing colors together to get the color I like. Leaving some in the bottom of the container is not bad and I do not have to waste as I can make another color out of it that is similar. I like playing so I come up with the exact color looking for. I just spent last hour doing so and am ready to pour this eve. Thank you so very much for all you teach. You are a gem.

Really love this piece! The embellishment of highlight and shadow along with the gold really make the design pop. Just beautiful. I'm still trying to create the pretty pearl cells.

Hi Jan, thank you so much for the beautiful complement! I just wait until it’s dry before I do the embellishments on top. The initial embellishments are all done with the painting is still wet.
