Found a solution for waterium Z, just fish after using surf and it works.

tysm for the info I got a question tho I got all the z moves and saved my game, but when I checked my inventory, the bug, fire and the ice were all gone. I went back to the island to find it back again but it wasn't there. Are there any ways that I can try to get them back?
It's a bug that lots of people are having. As of now, I'm not sure how to get them back. We just gotta wait for the devs to fix it

bro i got a bug, it wont let me surf. i pressed surf and it lets me go on surfboard thing and then when i move it doesn’t let me move. It makes me move slowly and doesn’t let me go forward. do u know what’s happening?
I'm not sure how to fix it:( The devs haven't fixed this bug yet

Did you talk to the lady near the tents? If so, just try equipping it with a compatible pokemon
I already have all the crystals, I already have them equipped on pokemons but I don't have the option to use the Z move in battle.

There will be a path in the far back of the island once you go up the stairs. Just keep walking

If you're still on the first few gyms, you can't get it yet. But you'll eventually be able to unlock it at the Pokemart when you're further in the game.
What do they do?
You can give them to your Pokémon and they will be able to use z moves
