As a metalhead, I loved this! But, I cant wait for the live when his voice in the rock parts wont be so faded to the background 🤘 Hobi screaming on a big stage, lets goooo!! 💥
I really didn't like this at all the first time I listened to it because it was kind of a shock. But J-Hope's voice is so perfect for rock/metal and for anyone who was hoping BTS would come out with some serious rock stuff, this kind of scratches that itch. Still would have been nice to see OT7 attempt something like this, but I'm more excited than ever to see what other genres the guys land in. Can't wait to see Hobi screaming live!!!
I'm so glad he is getting to show this part of him. He has tried telling people before he is not always the sunshine person everybody has seen. They did a run bts episode with the game caterers and the members had to tell what they see as their own personal flaws and his was that when he gets home, after smiling all day, he feels empty and his face looks gloomy and he feels his shadow grow. The other members asked how that was a flaw but he said he worries his parents. Yes he is sunshine, he laughs, he loves and all that comes with that but it is hard to ALWAYS be that. I'm so so into this and again I'm just so happy for him and hope he shows us even More
I’m glad Hobi went into this direction because the boom bap type of stuff is his roots. Old school hip hop. And he’s said before he likes rock too. So this is a perfect blend imo. Now the world can see what he’s capable of.
as you may know jhope is the one that made Dionysus, the one BTS song that has that very rock vibe. And you are so right about the early 2000s vibe, even the video kinda has that vibe too? But as you said, I don't think I've ever heard anything like this. At the start it was kinda difficult to listen to BECAUSE it was so OUT THERE, but by the end of the song (ESPECIALLY the rock beat drop) I was HOOKED. And omg I LOVE the "Bring it all" part before the beat drop. Idk didn't expect THAT grungy vibe to his entire video and song like that. I'm pleasantly surprised at how different this is to ANYTHING I've ever listened to. Really shows his versatility and idk, I love it so much! So glad to see someone so out there from someone who's been put (and kinda put himself) in the "sunshine" box. Though I think it's important to mention that some people say that the lyrics are really OUT THERE for him, but I think lots of people fail to remember the actual deep lyrics in his mixtape Hope World, hidden through the funky happy music. Even those songs back then had some deep meaning. I'm excited how much more free he'll be to express those darker more serious emotions. So proud of him!
you know what is the most amazing thing about this man? It is that he is not afraid to experiment with his music and I fkn respect that.. and to make it even grater HE DOSE THAT SO WELL. I've never heard a single verse coming of his mouth that is not good enogh and it is alwyas sth new and different! i didn't even know that was possible!! wow jhope always leavs me speechless
jhope really nailed it....he snap....from bright sunny jhope to this dark side of hoseok...such a versatile artist..no one could ever seen this happen..such a suprise from our hobi
right? xD like the concept was so dark compared to his past work that J-hope became J-unhope 🤣 but I really love the beat and flow in this music video the chorus slapssss 🤩
One thing I have noticed about him is that he uses some of the sounds he might use to beatbox and applies in a different ways to his rapping and singing. It’s so unique! I don’t think I have heard anyone else who plays with sound the way he does. He does it in More, Arson, Stop and Safety Zone and even songs like Hangsang
This was insane! The beat, the drums, the guitar, the rap, this was sick! Hobi is like got out go the box called Kpop and idol scene. They all did. this is my personal interpretation of this after watching the dinner and observing that all been going on.
Oh! I love it! It was the first time imy life I heard just one song during the whole day 😊 Jhope's versatility always amazes me. I can't wait for the whole album!
MORE have similar scenes from the movie "Fight Club." And the protagonist name is "Jack Moore" which Hobi's album is "Jack in the box" and title track is "More." Coincidence? I guess not. And the box at the last scene in the MV, it's the whole set/ basement which he is in the MV. Another fact is that when Hobi mentioned Kit-kat in the lyrics, in japanese kitkat is pronounced kitto katto キットカット(katakana), which is similar to japanese dialect "kitto kattoo" きっとかっとお(hiragana) meaning "will win no matter what/ surely winning/ bound to succeed." And V/ Taehyung was in the MV, confirmed by a cameo participated in the MV.
Yeaaaah we got your smirk under the cap 🤘💜 That song live... I can't wait to see it 🤘💥🤯 because with J-hope's presence stage WoW it will roooooock 🤘🤘🤘💥
I firmly believe that Hobi, more than any of the other members, is able to use his voice like an instrument. He has so many different tones and qualities to his vocal expression. We saw it in his rap style and we’re seeing it here again. The album should be very interesting.

This song is a declaration from Hobi to show us more of himself, other songs on his album might be completely different from this one, but he said he's telling a story with it and I'm excited to see what emotions he's willing to share with us.
8:10 exactly my thoughts after my second watch of the mv, I rock with Korn too. I've been calling this for quiet a while that Jhope will release some rock driven song, and my army friend were ignoring that. And now he did HAH! KNEW IT😎 Really love this as an metal head since childhood, he has no boundaries in his art. He have a lot more to explore as an artist💜
My theory... I think there will be more boxes with different "Jack's" in them. I think Hobi is just wanting to show us all the different sides of himself. Big Hit was pretty good at giving BTS freedom of expression (better than some other companies anyway), but as a group they were still limited to what worked for the group. Now they are more free, and I think we will get some more surprises during Chapter 2. imo
yah especially jhope who I believe was the most among them that got held back by the group I'm not hating btw I'm just stating the fact that whatever we saw from this man during the past 9ys is nothing but a glimpse of the artist he is .. I wonder if Jhope the dancer is gonna have his chance as well .. that is another thing I'm dying for
That part where you paused it cuz it was cool for you....when everything was ffrozen and all of a sudden Hobi was pushed back and started rocking again....That was my favorite part! J-Hope is so swaggy and cool. Every inch of his body movement screams sexiness!
Before watching… I already Hit Like, n writing Thanks for reviewing our Hobi’s phenomenal new Jack in the Box 📦 creation, MORE!! Presenting another facet,.. always proud of our precious Hoseokie ☺️🥰😎🫶🏼🌈💥🎶🖤💜💙
I wasn't expecting to get this kind of vibe from J-Hope at all, but I loved it so much! Usually, we would see the brighter pop fun side but this was so new and different and I think this just shows how versatile he is as an artist. Imagine him performing "Daydream" and "More" in the lolapalooza event it's going to be wild! I can't wait till July 15 I want "More"! (pun intended 🤣) Thank you so much for sharing your reaction! 💜
Mi admiración hacia jhope no deja de crecer realmente e demuestra que un gran artista no se encasilla y puede tener el muth e interpretarlo a su antojo
👍🤟😁My jaw dropped around 3:37 too. I'm really excited to see what Hobi brings to Lolapalooza. An entire new fan base may be born. Hope you & your family have a great 4th!😊💜
He’s the Jack in the Box, he just came out with a completely different vibe, genre, style from what we’ve seen before and I live for it !!! That rock drop got me so surprised and every time I hear it it’s so satisfying. Thinking he produced and wrote this song with the help of basically one other person makes it even better.
Per my previous comment I'm loving MORE. Great reaction Bryan. Seemed like you were still processing this one by the end of the video, which totally makes sense - the rock snuck up on you 😆 I honestly love everything about this song and the MV is so cool. The lyrics, emotion, vocals, adlibs, flow, and production 🤌perfect. And when those guitars kick in!!🎸🔥 Even though its overall so different to anything weve heard from him yet, Hobi did what BTS and BTS members all do so well - genre fusion. 🎵 It's such a dynamic song, of course with the hip hop / rap and rock but also the chill jazz kind of sound with the piano that comes in with the lyrics 'inhale inhale, exhale exhale' when the song slows down before the second chorus drop - I really like that part too and find that makes it even more unique. I just love how the rock slowly creeps in with this very creepy lead up sound and vibe. Having watched the MV many times now I see it's like a roller-coaster with the visuals and music together 🎢 Literally - The camera and song slows down and camera pans around creeping round with the scenery frozen (like when a mad mouse type roller coaster slowly goes round corners on the track and creeps up to the top of the hill) - slowly it creeps around into the garage and then 🔥🔥🎸😱😝🤘 I love how we see he's closed everything from the MV up into the box at the end, its very artistic and great symbolism. I'm so excited to hear anything else that's coming from Hobi on the album. 😁
Head banging beat. 🤟🏼💜😄 this is in the league of dionysus and run bts - which were both written with hobi on board. Love his diversity and talent. Excited to hear this live, knowing BTS sounds even better live. 😊💜
He is letting the music industry , I will not bring up any names , they know who they are, to not 📦 box him in, he wants to do his on kind of music that gives him energy and let’s him breathe 👏🏻
Since you mentioned rap-rock, it's possible that J-Hope might have had some influence by Seo Taiji, who is hailed as the Father of KPop. I would not be surprised if J-Hope was listening to Seo Taiji music when he was a young boy 2 decades ago. Seo Taiji is first & foremost a rock/metal musician since the mid 1980's & was doing NuMetal (which is basically rap-rock or rap-metal) in & around 20 years ago. Before, that, he ushered in KPop by accident in the mid 1990's. Since you also mentioned Korn, many have said that Taiji's music has Korn vibes. Taiji & Korn are actually acquaintances & fans of each other & have actually met at one point. If you want, you can also react to Seo Taiji x BTS "Classroom Idea" Live from the Time Traveler 2017 concert, where you can search for a 6-minute clip of it on youtube. You can also react to Seo Taiji's "Feel the Soul" MV & "Ultramania" MV, to name a couple. We will have to wait & see/hear if J-Hope will have anymore rock/metal influences in his new solo stuff, even if he's only dipping into it a little "more".
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 Yes & one reason for that is that both artists (Taiji & BTS) carried socio-political commentary in their lyrics, having risked their careers doing so, but the rest of KPop were somewhat too afraid to do that, fearing any backlash & blacklisting. Taiji & BTS were just brave enough to argue & complain about the social norms, censorships & establishments within South Korea, in their lyrics. It's not just about South Korean issues, but also broad general issues. Today, Taiji is hailed for that courage & risk he did 30 years ago & BTS is now also huge partly for the same thing. And as most South Koreans already know, there would be no KPop & no BTS in existence if Seo Taiji had not done his music... & most importantly, his social commentary, back then. Taji recognized BTS for doing similar commentary & so passed the torch/mantle symbolically to BTS for that. Today, S.Korea has since done some changes & have lifted some censorship due to Taiji influence. People globally who love KPop should be aware of Taiji, but unfortunately not many know who he is & his place in history. They only know his progeny, such as BTS & Blackpink.
i love this track so much. i'm a 90s kid so i really had the alternative rock, new rock / rap metal, punk rock, and grunge rock love. and this song delivered. i found new appreciation for hip hop due to bts but rock has always been my "element." 🔥
Hi Brian. When I saw the premiere of this video, one of my first thoughts was “Brian’s gonna love this!” I think most of Army didn’t know J-hope could do rock or that he would take this turn on JITB. Since the song begins with a vintage hip hop beat, that was the direction I thought it was going. It was an awesome surprise when it took the rock turn. I love that he’s showing us that there so much more in the bag. I can’t wait to hear what else is in the new album 🃏📦💜
He is actually bringing back the 80s/90s gangster punk grunge rock style back even though it’s risky and I haven’t heard this type of style in a while also this isn’t even his title song his title song and album is coming at July 25th. (Also his “screams” etc is pretty muted because it feels like he is trapped in a box)
I was waiting for this all day yesterday and kept checking back to your page! I can’t wait to watch your reaction to this! The second I saw the music video I was like omg I cannot wait to see his reaction. Ok time to watch! Ok done! This music video has heavy fight club vibes in it’s aesthetic and I can’t help but wonder if it’s on purpose or not but since they don’t really do anything thats not on purpose I feel like it must be, which is interesting to me. I’m so glad you liked it! I also think it immediately went to my top BTS songs and I’ve been listening to them for about six or seven years now. I don’t think anyone could’ve predicted this comeback, or seen this coming from J hope especially. The album is supposed to have a theme, so since this is the first song coming off of it I’m guessing the theme for the album is going to be a lot darker especially compared to previous work. I’m just so excited to see what happens on the album and then not to mention he’s headlining the fourth day at lollapalooza and will be performing all this music because it’s after the album comes out. They’re going to live stream lollapalooza on Hulu so you bet your ass I’m gonna watch it. If I could go to Chicago I would. After this music video came out I legitimately almost was like fuck it I’m going to Chicago because I bet you there’s gonna be moshing to this song and I want to be there. But whatever it’s all right. Anyways, sorry for the essay lmao. Hope you’re having a good day and Happy Saturday! Thanks for your reaction, as always!
I love this song! I was thinking before you even said it that it reminds me of Korn. The part where Hobi sings “Bring it all” reminds me so much of Jonathan Davis vocals. Also the rock part is reminisce of 70’s punk rock. Both Hobi and Yoongi have such fluctuations in their voices and makes their songs so dynamic. I can’t wait to hear the rest of the album!
There's a couple of lines in Korean that I can make out and where he says "I'm in my element" he's rally saying "I'm a fish of water that meets the water". And where he sings "eeny meeny miny mo... it's a dancing baby's flow... Keep my passion, I gotta go". And then we show the music industry office with robots just doing their job without emotion and he says that. And when we see the instrumentalists they are burn victims .. possibly indicating these people got burned from the music industry by letting them have control over their artistry. J Hope is a water fish remember? And then he shows us watching his hospitalized body and he's only a shell of his skeleton. The Jack's hat is not a hat but what happens when you keep it in the box... it's a medical device. He needs to flow and surf to his beats so that he doesn't get burned either.... and at the end we see what he showed us was in his box and he's just a Jack In that Box. Does he let it out? Or do we go in? But he closes that box after he's shown us with this crazy mix. It's brilliant and brutally honest. He wants more.
From the teaser, I was expecting a darker side of Hobi and not the sunshine Hobi. But OMG I didn't expect a grungy rock vibe from him. This is FIRE🔥🔥🔥. His vocals go really well with grunge. If this is fire already what can I expect from the new album that will be released on July 15th!!!! Yes, I wan't MORE pleasssse. I now understand that they need their own time to grow and evolve. I don't think we could've seen this new side of J-Hope if they didn't take a break. I can't wait to see what the other members will come up with.
I definitely agree with you! I think it's a good decision they are going to focus on their solo works. Just like their unique personalities, them coming together as who they are is what makes BTS, BTS. So I think this idea also applies to their music and artistry as well. If they can find their style or color in their solo works, I think once they get back together it's really going to strengthen or define what BTS is as a genre. (I don't know how to explain it but I hope u get what I mean lol) I also think out of all members, J-Hope was the readiest for the solo and I am so happy to see him showcasing different aspects of him. I am also really looking forward to other members too ahhhhhhhhh
I mean I expected to see a darker side of him but I thought it would still be "just" rap / hip hop and not rock?! But as a metalhead and army, I'm definitely not complaining, this is amazing. I think I need to add him to my bias line (which is getting crowded, maybe I'm ot7 after all).
You'e so right!! falling away from meeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEeEeeEEeE! it totally gave me early 200's rock and Linkin Park kept coming to my mind, but it is Korn! I wouldn't be surprised if he went more melodic LP in his album cause not only can he rap but he's a great singer and performer! he's so versatile I'm so proud of him!!!!!!!! Hobi not only gave us this work of art, but thanks to MORE I'm getting to see a lot of ARMY who are into rock and I'm so happy about it. I get it! not most of us are into it but we existttt fdsgsdfghrt
Hobi wants you to know there's more to him than the smiles, and sunshine he is with the bois and Army. He's more than just a rapper. He was initially it to be singer but Suga and RM thought he'd be a better rapper and taught him. There's more parts of Hobi that we don't know. His mom expressed concern over his attitude at home vs his attitude around the boys. He wishes he knew why he wasn't sunshine at home but he wanted to work on that. And as I can see he's letting us know all parts of him, work self, dance self, alone self, dark self, the self we don't know. My emo heart is happy. Ty hobi. 🖤🤟
HE IS INSANE FOR THIS !! As someone who enjoys alt music, I really enjoyed this song. The aesthetic is so cool too. Can't wait for the album drop AAAAAAAA
i was also surprised after listening the first time but my god i loved this song so much too shauhsuashu already bothering my neighbors listening to this probably XD jhope has no limits
This song is so unexpected and it’s a blend that is fresh and like you said it has influences from the 90s and early 2000s but so fresh sounding. Also waiting to see folks analyze this one he’s got a lot of Fight Club visual references and the office might be the corporate side of the music industry too. I can’t wait for the full album in 2 weeks. I expect a whole box of different things.
Thank you for watching, do you enjoy MORE by J-hope?
As a metalhead, I loved this! But, I cant wait for the live when his voice in the rock parts wont be so faded to the background 🤘 Hobi screaming on a big stage, lets goooo!! 💥

Loved Jhopes MORE! Hi from greek army 💜
I feel like this is a type of style some like and some don’t but he killed it in this style
At first I was hesitant at the style of rap and flow - I’m not familiar with it nor a big fan of it. But pleasantly surprised with the rock part. ❤
I'm so glad he is getting to show this part of him. He has tried telling people before he is not always the sunshine person everybody has seen.

Also, I was waiting for your reaction, my other ARMY friend was asking if you posted one too because I got her into your reactions 🤣
Thank you for showing your friend and for watching!
Hobi is my ultimate bias for a reason. There honestly seems to be nothing Jung Hoseok can't do; he has definitely earned the name golden hyung 🔥🔥💜
Thursday his live performance of this in a korean tv music show
I cannot wait
ROKIN' HOBI BABY!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💯
It’s like a mixture between 90s hip hop and rock which I love
Still having goosebumps everytime I listen to it. It's just too good. So proud of Jhope 💜
Hobi is just showing us that his artistry has no boundaries, he can do everything 💜
He sure can it seems, thank you for watching!
goodgooodgood!^^ thankU^^!!
I’m glad Hobi went into this direction because the boom bap type of stuff is his roots. Old school hip hop. And he’s said before he likes rock too. So this is a perfect blend imo. Now the world can see what he’s capable of.

The astonishing thing about BTS (and all the members) is the shear quality and commitment they bring to the music, regardless of genre.
Facts
Yeah! Exactly! Reminds me of Korn's freak on a leash! Its freaking cool! Im loving this sode of Hobi!
Yes! I'm so glad to see a reactor and others see it too!
J-hope paying homage to a few different genres here. He is a multi-talented force and I’m proud of him for finally performing in his element.
jhope really nailed it....he snap....from bright sunny jhope to this dark side of hoseok...such a versatile artist..no one could ever seen this happen..such a suprise from our hobi
right? xD like the concept was so dark compared to his past work that J-hope became J-unhope 🤣 but I really love the beat and flow in this music video the chorus slapssss 🤩
You got this Jack-hope!
This is going to burn at Lalapaloosa.
It's a GRUNGE, METAL, ROCK, HIP HOP COCKTAIL! For me it's intoxicating!!! 🔥💜🔥💜🔥💜🔥💜🔥💜🔥💜🔥💜🔥
And I want MORE!!!
ma guy, hobi is now in his Harley-quinn-joker state. All dark, and savage vibes coming out from this mv.
One thing I have noticed about him is that he uses some of the sounds he might use to beatbox and applies in a different ways to his rapping and singing. It’s so unique! Amazing song, thank you for this reaction!
I knew you were gonna like it! Coincidentally it came out right when you started to enjoy his style a little more.
I can't wait for the whole album!
Lucky for me, thank you for watching!
JHope wasn't kidding when he said will be different. He's So Talented‼️💜👍🏼💯
This song feels like a reward for all the metal heads and rock reactors who have given BTS a chance over the last little while :).
🤣
Oh I am so sad that I didn't think of saying that! Thank you Mels B
Oh! I love it! It was the first time imy life I heard just one song during the whole day 😊 Jhope's versatility always amazes me. I can't wait for the whole album!
Same here!
J Hope is a fantastic artist. He is Good in at all.I Love this artist.
jhope delivered it all i'm so proud of him he rocked it ❤💜🤘💜💜💜
Jhope is the most versatile artist in kpop and thats on period.

Thank you for clarification on the Kit-Kat lyric!
Hello! JHope is coming out with a new album on March 29! Would love it if you could do a reaction to his new song Neuron
Yeaaaah we got your smirk under the cap 🤘💜
That song live... I can't wait to see it 🤘💥🤯 because with J-hope's presence stage WoW it will roooooock 🤘🤘🤘💥
I knew you'd mention Limp Bizkit! J-HOPE brought me back to the mosh pit with Fred Durst going crazy rapping and rocking on stage.
Cyphers soon please ! Jhope’s new concept is just fire !!!! he’s jack now !
I firmly believe that Hobi, more than any of the other members, is able to use his voice like an instrument. He has so many different tones and qualities to his vocal expression. We saw it in his rap style and we’re seeing it here again. The album should be very interesting.
Yeah. I've always thought this There's so MUCH CHARACTER IN HIS VOICE..
He has a rock voice, also he can beatbox, rap
I think we just haven’t gotten to see exactly what the other members can do yet! I’m hoping Taehyung puts out a pure R&B album!
YESSSS !!!!!:🔥🤘😎🙏🇰🇷💜
JHOPE OPPA YOU ARE GORGEOUS 😎🔥🤘💜
J-Hope is a jack of all trades when it comes to musical talent. I think the "Jack" in Jack-In-Box album is gonna be variety of his styles.
The song is reminiscent of the rap/rock bands of my early days, brings joy to my heart. We just have to appreciate an artist willing to expand their creative DNA. I'm happy that so many people are open to JHope's path, because Linkin Park is one of my all time favorites and they got shit on so much for experimenting and evolving their music. BTS always diversify their music so it's expected and unexpected at the same time, they have so much more up their sleeves.

This album will have different Jhope personas
That part where you paused it cuz it was cool for you....when everything was ffrozen and all of a sudden Hobi was pushed back and started rocking again....That was my favorite part! J-Hope is so swaggy and cool. Every inch of his body movement screams sexiness!
tu sonrisa salio de tu alma!!😊Hobi merece millones de visitas!! vamos a regalarselas!!🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🃏
He absolutely killed it 🔥
He did 🔥
Before watching… I already Hit Like, n writing Thanks for reviewing our Hobi’s phenomenal new Jack in the Box 📦 creation, MORE!!
you mentioned Limp Bizkit and it reminded me of the choreo they did for one of their songs! please look it up, it's sick!!
I hope you have a great 4th too!
Hoseok is a genius.More👍💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That new J-Hope sound remembers me Nirvana (The band)
I dont mind if you go back 5x more on that drop! I alsp lpve that part. So in love with this Jung Hoseok! Whew! 💯💯💯💯
More... is the first song from his album coming out July 15th...Jack in the box.
HOBI rocks hard!!!
Per my previous comment I'm loving MORE. Great reaction Bryan. Seemed like you were still processing this one by the end of the video, which totally makes sense - the rock snuck up on you 😆
I honestly love everything about this song and the MV is so cool. The lyrics, emotion, vocals, adlibs, flow, and production 🤌perfect. And when those guitars kick in!!🎸🔥
Even though its overall so different to anything weve heard from him yet, Hobi did what BTS and BTS members all do so well - genre fusion. 🎵
It's such a dynamic song, of course with the hip hop / rap and rock but also the chill jazz kind of sound with the piano that comes in with the lyrics 'inhale inhale, exhale exhale' when the song slows down before the second chorus drop - I really like that part too and find that makes it even more unique.
I just love how the rock slowly creeps in with this very creepy lead up sound and vibe. Having watched the MV many times now I see it's like a roller-coaster with the visuals and music together 🎢 Literally - The camera and song slows down and camera pans around creeping round with the scenery frozen (like when a mad mouse type roller coaster slowly goes round corners on the track and creeps up to the top of the hill) - slowly it creeps around into the garage and then 🔥🔥🎸😱😝🤘
I love how we see he's closed everything from the MV up into the box at the end, its very artistic and great symbolism.
Seo Taiji chose BTS only from 2nd and 3rd gen to carry their legacy
Hobi often listens to rock/metal.
did he say that?
Reminded me a bit of cypress hill
박스는 제이홉의 자아상자입니다.영상 끝에 상자속을 보면 이제까지 영상속 상황이 들어있어요.그리고 닫는거지요.ㅎㅎ
I've waited your reaction more than others' ones. Thanx!!
Vas amorir con esta cancion Jopee eres lo maximooo saludos desde Peru
He is actually bringing back the 80s/90s gangster punk grunge rock style back even though it’s risky and I haven’t heard this type of style in a while also this isn’t even his title song his title song and album is coming at July 25th. (Also his “screams” etc is pretty muted because it feels like he is trapped in a box)
I can’t believe I never thought of Korn when I heard this. It sounded like a song from Untouchables
Thank you for watching! I'm not far from lollapalooza, I wish I could go now too!
He sure tried for the first but He sure did the BEST for the FIRST!!! 💜
HOBI to HOSEOK 🔥🔥🔥
I love this song! I was thinking before you even said it that it reminds me of Korn. The part where Hobi sings “Bring it all” reminds me so much of Jonathan Davis vocals. Also the rock part is reminisce of 70’s punk rock. Both Hobi and Yoongi have such fluctuations in their voices and makes their songs so dynamic. I can’t wait to hear the rest of the album!
The one part has strong ties to Eminen’s Slim Shady groove only in a minor key
Yessss. Noticed it too
Hobi brought me here. Nice reaction.
Thank you for watching!
Rock music in me loves this Hobi
Reminds me of They Live a tiny bit
Imagine this Jhope at Lollapalooza!!! I am so jealous
Joker shoes... Like the joker that pops out of a Jack-in-the-box. Like the toy, this type of song from J-Hope is unexpected and startling.
July 15th can't come soon enough, thank you for watching!
I mean I expected to see a darker side of him but I thought it would still be "just" rap / hip hop and not rock?! But as a metalhead and army, I'm definitely not complaining, this is amazing. I think I need to add him to my bias line (which is getting crowded, maybe I'm ot7 after all).
my🖤
You'e so right!! falling away from meeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEeEeeEEeE! it totally gave me early 200's rock and Linkin Park kept coming to my mind, but it is Korn!
J-hooooooooooope
You at your first pause: Yeah I’m not hearing rock though.
Me:
🤣 thank you for watching!
Man, I know I have said this before but I’ll say again, your video quality(especially the song) is superior
I work very hard on picture quality, this made my day. Thank you for watching!
I love it!!! 👍🏻🔥
It reminds me of Faith No More, Rage, Cypress Hill and Beasties that blend of rap and rock mix. :)
I love it sooooo much!!!! My inner rock self came out 🔥🔥🔥 I was waiting for your reaction to this!!!
it was dope
Hobi wants you to know there's more to him than the smiles, and sunshine he is with the bois and Army. He's more than just a rapper. He was initially it to be singer but Suga and RM thought he'd be a better rapper and taught him. There's more parts of Hobi that we don't know. His mom expressed concern over his attitude at home vs his attitude around the boys. He wishes he knew why he wasn't sunshine at home but he wanted to work on that. And as I can see he's letting us know all parts of him, work self, dance self, alone self, dark self, the self we don't know. My emo heart is happy. Ty hobi. 🖤🤟
IKR didn't even know mtv was still a thing. Also it looks like he's wearing indoor slippers. LOL
Jhope is not a street dancer but he is the hardest work place dancer in kpop. He creates his unique metal Hip-hop in the world 🌎 👍 👏
HE IS INSANE FOR THIS !!
Our sunshine Hobi
This song is so different Hobi's song
It's amazing
His voice colors are very unique and attractive
Love More! Completly out of the usual JHope box. Some people say the mvideo is inspired by the book/iconic movie Fight Club... 🤔💜
Matrix vibe.
J has jump out of the box and we want more🔥. Rock-💜 greetings from the edge of Europe
Thank you for watching!
