I purchased a SuperMax at NAHBE 2024 and just got finished extracting my honey harvest this year. This extractor is a BEAST! I had a 9-frame extractor for several years from another USA based company and that did a good job, but it was fickle and that motor got really hot. The only thing I had a problem with was using medium all plastic frames. You really have to force the bottom of the frame into the base until it pops in. I got this so I could use the programmable feature but ended up never using it-I just adjusted the dial to the speed I needed. The reverse feature is very much appreciated. One other thing I found is that I had no blown out foundation. There were several frames that were just foundation and none of the foundation was blown out. This was not the case with the previous extractor and the temps and conditions were very similar. Great product!

No sooner than I was thinking "Man that would be nice to put in a sloped bottom", you say it has a sloped bottom. That's is slick. Very nice.
Hi John! On your website it states that the MegaMax extracts 28 deep frames. In your video you state that it does 24 deep frames? Can you verify which is correct?

I watch Mike Berry all the time and I saw him at your shop about a month ago. Its great to see things built here in America. Im a hobby beekeeper from Tx. Where are these built for you John? Is it just me or is there a tad of basket wobble?
We build them ourselves with components sourced from various trusted manufacturers. Yes, due to the manufacturing process, the stainless hoops aren't perfectly round. However, we've tested them extensively with a full load and they run really smooth!
Is that running program on the VFD available on the 9 frame mini max?
