Terran in this scenario be like: “Dude I’m just camping here, why do you keep running into my camping mines?”
What I love about this match is that for the most part you don't see these huge sweeping stomps where bases get utterly crushed. You can't pick "The moment Hero lost" out of the first ten or fifteen minutes. It was a constant series of small but definitely good pickups. Hydras pushed into mines. Mutas accidentally flown into a waiting camp of goliaths--they only lost two, but the rest were so bruised that they couldn't fight without reinforcements. Stuff like that.

That's my strategy how I used to play SC 20 years ago. Mass mech every time against anyone. Then slowly creep my way through the map using milion turrets :D

Thanks for this gameplay now I understood why on modern maps the Terran cant build almost nowhere, blocking the bridge and dealing with the buildings very favorable for Terran.

Why do we say plus zero attack? It doesn't really make sense. HerO just could not do it, although I feel like drops could have potentially won him the game but flash is too good.

7:42 the terran player shouldn't have known those mutas were incoming... but he moved his goliaths into position to cut them off in his main base... are Pro players just that good at anticipating everything? Or was this a game played from home and a map hack could be used? It also possible he didn't have vision of the hydras moving away from the bridge at 7:00 ish.
I think he has insane awareness and knew what the muta timing was going to be like.

@@TheFlyingZulu You could if you played however many tens of thousands of hours that these guys play. It becomes second nature. You know what you've seen, so you know what is possible from there, and out of the possibilities you figure that these ones are the most likely based on what your opponent has seen, and then you make the gambit, all in the space of seconds or less, because you've done it over and over again.

Terran has 3 armor upgrades so tanks will take 1 dmg from zero attack lings.
Just doing cheap melee 1 would double that dmg to 2......

Watching a pro play just lings and not bring detection with a few mutas to stop his troops dying like that makes me think they are doing something besides playing properly. And no upgrades, not good play. Maybe was going for no upgrades and challenged. 🤷
