As part of Jurgen Schadeberg's seminal documentary "Voices From Robben Island", Nelson Mandela was interviewed about his time in the notorious prison. However, some of the material had yet to see the light of day...until now. Here, he recounts his relationship with the wardens and inmates of the jail, his leisure activities, and how support of people both inside and outside kept him motivated throughout his incarnation.
