I mean, if you watched the movie you’d know that throughout the scenes, he’s slowly losing his abilities to regen, losing a good portion of his strength, and just slowly losing who he used to be. You can’t pin that up against himself when he was in his prime and expect him to do amazing

X - 24 had the Advantage! He's younger plus he has a healing factor. While Logan was old & His healing factor wasn't even working. This is why Logan struggled with X - 24.
Well, this is some of the spoilers. Wolverine is greatly weakened due to the food products he consumed. This is particular due to Transigen Corp. The company produce food products from cereal down to your drinkable water with anti DNA mutagenic. As a result, those of mutant couples who consume these basic food products would lose their powers gradually. Their offspring would be born 100% with no powers at all. Well, as for Logan or Wolverine, his potent self regenerative powers held off the poisonous effects of the adamantium against his body. However, like all American mutant people who are just common citizens, Logan may have consume these American food products that are laced with anti DNA mutagenic. As a result, Logan's potent regenerative powers began to diminishes over the time and this allows the adamantium to slowly poison Logan's body till he becomes so weakened like we had saw in the movie.
He was 200 years old and sick his healing factor was gone and he managed to hold his own with a young stronger version of himself.That was def the only way Logan could have went out badass untill the last breath.

Wolverine isn’t just rage and muscles. That was the point of Logan. X-24 represented the hate and rage that Logan holds onto. Him finally letting that go and saving his daughter is what makes him who he is. A hero. Laura killing X-24 is almost like her presence killing that dark side of Logan, making him the man he’s wanted to be. Of course it’s fun to see how badass Logan is in the other movies. But seeing him as a human dealing with real problems, physically and mentally, is something much more special.

Well a corporation decided to make everyday items and food (like water and bread) have a anti mutant dna thing in it. the dna stuff made mutants slowly lose their powers and have normal children. Logan then had to work overtime to heal himself from the metal. and every time he got mortally wounded he needed to patch himself up but that took energy away from protecting himself from the metal. all in all it took a toll on us body and killed him.

Didn’t grow up watching any of the X-Men movies but was blessed enough to watch Logan in theaters when it came out. Great movie
Well, this is some of the spoilers. Wolverine is greatly weakened due to the food products he consumed. This is particular due to Transigen Corp. The company produce food products from cereal down to your drinkable water with anti DNA mutagenic.
As a result, those of mutant couples who consume these basic food products would lose their powers gradually. Their offspring would be born 100% with no powers at all. Well, as for Logan or Wolverine, his potent self regenerative powers held off the poisonous effects of the adamantium against his body.
However, like all American mutant people who are just common citizens, Logan may have consume these American food products that are laced with anti DNA mutagenic. As a result, Logan's potent regenerative powers began to diminishes over the time and this allows the adamantium to slowly poison Logan's body till he becomes so weakened like we had saw in the movie.

He was 200 years old and sick his healing factor was gone and he managed to hold his own with a young stronger version of himself.That was def the only way Logan could have went out badass untill the last breath.
Kinda sucks that everyone disregards the fact that Logan was unknowingly being poisoned for years at that point

This was the best wolverine. He had come to terms with his mortality and literally overdosed on that serum to save the last few mutants. Fought a clone of his younger self, and won. This is the Logan professor X knew existed.
Wolverine isn’t just rage and muscles. That was the point of Logan. X-24 represented the hate and rage that Logan holds onto. Him finally letting that go and saving his daughter is what makes him who he is. A hero. Laura killing X-24 is almost like her presence killing that dark side of Logan, making him the man he’s wanted to be. Of course it’s fun to see how badass Logan is in the other movies. But seeing him as a human dealing with real problems, physically and mentally, is something much more special.
I just wanna say that logan movie is one of the best story-ending movie. I got emotional when he says "so, this is what it feels like". 😭

It all changed when Charles Xavier team came along and filled in his void which then got tooken away. He then got a daughter which he then had to say goodbye too as he sacrificed himself for her and the remaining Mutants future

Broke me down, when I watched it in the cinema, bought the whole screen because I knew this was his last film, later when I personally met Hugh Jackman, I asked him why, with a literal, few tears, he told me that he didn't want to stretch Logan's time and just wanted to give Logan a nice end

Bro everyone gets old, even wolverine, despite his crazy healing factor which has kept him mostly young for about 2-3 hundred years he still ages occasionally, this is him being old, leave the man alone, yeah he was awesome in his youth but of course he's not as agile or strong in his old age, cause he's old, and despite that he still kicks butt, just he takes a bit more damage doing it.

If I remember correctly, in that clip, he's dying since his Enhanced Regeneration mutation is weakened because of some Anti-Mutant fluids that's originally concocted to neutralize the mutant genes, and then was put into daily products like food, which he ate.

Wasn't it because of his old age that the metal was able to final start poisoning him? Which is why they picked him in the first place most of the test subjects couldn't survive the procedure

@@ronnickels5193 well his healing factor is fine with the metal in his bone cause it had enough power to negate the effects and also heal wounds from battle. Well a corporation decided to make everyday items and food (like water and bread) have a anti mutant dna thing in it. the dna stuff made mutants slowly lose their powers and have normal children. Logan then had to work overtime to heal himself from the metal. and every time he got mortally wounded he needed to patch himself up but that took energy away from protecting himself from the metal. all in all it took a toll on us body and killed him.
When you watch a film and listen to none of it
It was 100 percent Wolverine. He had finally accepted he was ready to go. That wasn’t him grimacing in pain it was a broken man accepting his fate.
