He probably actually reacted to the RRC in fact and guessed that it was going to be used for an overhead which is both a crazy read and expression of knowledge.
Potemkin is good but yeah the content creators are hard overreacting. He still has counters that keep him in check and I wouldn't call his stuff super broken compared to what we've seen from other top tiers. He's just an anime grappler that works.
