it's so weird and oddly comforting to see that someone as beautiful and blessed and talented as Sophie went through the same thing that so many of girls do; I'm happy she's doing well now and wish the same for all of us

we all have our faults to some degree. its what makes us humans. and its perfectly OK. and bullying is NEVER okay to anyone. especially about someone who have some mental problems.
Guys go through depression too btw.. and it's usually more severe than women on avg btw
@@Blood0cean first of all, that has nothing to do with what the person said. second, a simple google search will tell you that anxiety is nearly twice as common in women as it is in men, and more prevalent by a significant degree.

Her genuine tears caught me right in the feels.
I've suffered with depression for more than my life than not now, at 26 years old. And I remember watching this for the first time feeling so much less alone when she talked about her struggles with depression. Even with her lifestyle as a famous actress, depression doesn't discriminate and I could feel every word she said. I come back to this video from time to time because her honesty and vulnerability is so raw and I need it sometimes. She saved lives with this interview, including mine, and she will continue to.

I was very touched by this. As someone who has struggled with depression/suicidal thoughts myself, I really feel so much for Sophie and it was clear that Dr. Phil’s encouragement deeply moved her. I hope I get to meet her one day to tell her so.

Shows no matter how rich ,or popular you are. Depression can hit you. I think being lonely is the worst thing that a person can deal with. I have always felt older people in nursing homes ect. (Need company) . Even if it's a animal to love on it helps. Just like a child and a teddy bear use to comfort them. So can just a call , a Hello how are you , help a day.

It must be tough for any celeb seeing what their haters write on socia media and Sophie knows it better than anybody. Regarding Sophie, I know what it's like having depression, I remember feeling depressed over Locked-downs in Pandemic, so watching Netflix in those dark moments was the best therapy I've ever done because, I didn't have to afford for a phsychologist to treat my depression and anxiety crisis.
Anyone who thinks celebrities are fair game, you couldn't be more wrong if you tried. Nobody is fair game.

She teared up right when he started talking about suicide. You can tell that took her to a place of relatability. I only knew of Sophie bc of the divorce drama with her ex but she’s quickly become one of my favorite celebrities. One of the greatest one can od to deppression is eating less . If you read gurbani it says every extra bite of food you put in your stomach causes an illness in your body ,so think about it you have bad day it's fine all of us do but if you just keep calm mind about it passes away but if you replace it by eating more which scientifically causes causes illnesses it not the instance which causes the deppression but rather the after instance if overeating I fell which causes cuz I went through and it's getting by eating only when my stomach feels hungry .
