Been blessed to have seen OOR live Taka sounds exactly like that even after he had been jumping and running around on stage. The whole band is just so impressive honestly. Managed to make my friends love them too after seeing them live haha truly a life changing experience. Hopefully you'll watch more of their stuff in the future 💕🤩

Taka is amazing. His voice is so powerfu and you can see it in their live performances. Their songs are great too. It is too bad that the music business is ruled by fandoms and the real good ones don’t get the proper recognition they deserve.

This version was performed with a bunch of 18 years olds as backing vocals to celebrate the lowering of Japan's voting age to 18. They were coached and seriously trained for that performance. It was a memorable and very heartfelt event 🥰

Fact check, One OK Rock is really great of their live performances that even their audiences will sing along.
As far as I've seen bands or any rock bands, only One OK Rock performed as one, no one is left out in a group. Every member are very entertaining on stage.

Got to see them live in Cleveland last year during the Luxury Disease tour and they sang Renegades and it WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Dudes voice is out of this world.

out of all the bands out there, ONE OK ROCK is my favorite. Taka's voice is seriously unique and amazing, it's not the usual voice you'll hear to bands. And his range, oh mannnn it's versatile.

taka's voice is insane, powerful yet angelic, i don't even know how to describe it, you should definitely check out their live performances/concerts where they perform clock strikes, we are, c.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h., and whole lot more including their english songs and cover songs of foreign artists, and please check out lee hongki too and his band ft island, i think hongki and taka are friends, both of them have truly insane vocals

I think your minds are gonna be blown if you hear Taka's cover of Adele's "Hello" haha. You should also listen to the original version of this song. It's really great when the chorus drops.

- Kenshi Yonezu, pretty much the biggest musical artists in Japan right now
- King Gnu, a band with a fusion of so many genre, their stuff are both musically and visually appealing to me
- Daichi Miura, he's one of the biggest solo performer today, but his voice is very soothing
- MISIA, she has VOCALS
- Utada Hikaru, an rnb queen
- YOASOBI, a magical producer-vocalist duo
- EXILE, literaly the biggest performance group ever, they have rather unique composition tho, and they dont call themselves an idol
- Keyakizaka46, they aren't really an alternative idol, but they really is unique to the others 48 groups, they have been rebranded tho
What makes me really into j-music is because they aren't afraid of bringing the real stuff, the most popular jpop songs today is either sounded too alternative or even considered too scandalous. and their music industry is relatively fairer, you really get a good amount of variety, that's why it's fun to dive in
