You said "You only need to brush your teeth twice a day".... but I was of the understanding that you need to remove Invisalign every time you eat, and then brush your teeth before you put them back in (which is going to be more than twice a day)??

Hi Jackie - to start with I was like that too but my dentist assured me only twice a day is needed. Over brushing your teeth is not good for the enamel either, nor is it practical to live a normal life! The amount I snack-all I would be doing is brushing my teeth 😂
I had my final appointment yesterday and he was happy with the health and condition of my teeth so I am assured that twice a day was just fine 🙂
