And as soon as he showed up, and I let him in... life just felt clear for the first time ever. We're still figuring out what we 'are', but we know that we're inseparable, and this song reminds me so much of how I feel about him.

it's been a whole year since i listened to it for the first time. i wish i could feel what i felt when i first listened to this song again. it was like a ray of light coming through the window in a rainy day, and you feel warm, and you feel lightened :) that's how i can describe it. it's like the scene where the protagonist realizes that it's love. it's like a nice smell in a corridor full of people. i think it makes so relatable to hear the voice cracking, the screaming and how the singer pronounces each word. it's the purest form of discovering you are in love

hii! it's me again. it's gonna be 3 years ever since i first listened to this song and i remember it very clearly, and it's a fun story so i thought i should leave it here.
i had this one friend; she had chubby cheeks, vibrant red hair and the best hugs.
one day i was at a mall in my hometown, which is very very "dark", if that makes sense. it was daytime and it would be fully illuminated by the daylights outside, so it was really melancholic. also it doesn't help the fact that i was in a playground taking care of my niece. and everything was so dark and weird, kind of like surreal, and i couldn't stop thinking how much better it would be if she was there.
i was sitting in a spinning teacup, then i found this song in a playlist for, guess what, cold weather!! dude, the minute i noticed the lyrics, that was the moment i knew. i knew exactly what i felt. you know, in the movies, when it snaps? that was it. it was like it finally added up, and it all made sense. i missed her.

I found out about that song in 2021 on randomly Spotify playlist. I never thought that song would mean so much to me today.
Me and my boyfriend are both in an online relationship, my father doesn’t really approuve us and the worst of all; we’re both trans. I managed to make my boyfriend a Glass beach fan and we now both said it was our song because of the lyrics. This whole album has saved me so many times, even to this day where I don’t relate to it as much as before, I cry hearing some songs.
