So much nostalgia .... watching this video i flew this rout FRA-MEX-FRA in 2006 June -July .... i can remember the FRA-MEX LH489 and LH 499 MEX-FRA i still remember all this shots what you have filmed .... takeoff was amazing in mexico ... a bit sad because i left my cousin and auntie but ... it's a dream ... i love LH :) ...i think that i flew on 747-400 :)
I've flown from Germany to Mexico and back three times in a year. My fiancee lives (still) in Mexico. I always flew with the flight LH498 to Mexico and with the LH499 back to Germany. The flight to Mexico was always the nicer, I could never enjoy the return flight. So I never paid attention to Mexico City. I was always very tired of separating from my love. But the flights themselves were always very good. I always flew economy. The food was ok, the staff very nice. I can recommend Lufthansa to everyone. He volado de Alemania a México y regreso tres veces en un año. Mi prometida vive (todavía) en México. Siempre volé con el vuelo LH498 a México y con el LH499 de regreso a Alemania. El vuelo a México siempre fue mejor, nunca pude disfrutar el vuelo de regreso. Entonces nunca presté atención a la Ciudad de México. Siempre estaba muy cansada de separarme de mi amor. Pero los vuelos en sí siempre fueron muy buenos. Siempre volé economía. La comida estaba bien, el personal muy agradable. Puedo recomendar Lufthansa a todos.
+Iloveanimals I flew to Germany; Seattle to Frankfurt (round-trip) to visit friends on Condor for $200.00. Yes, it was a unpublished very Restrictive Fare bought 6 months in advance from Condor...but if you follow their rules....it don't cost much to travel to Europe. Most carriers offer non-published advance purchase fares direct from them....after all, selling dirt-cheap tickets to fill the seats is a plus for them; more so they can plan in advance how much more profitable Freight they can plan for. You won't get a deal with a few days/few weeks notice....months in advance purchase is the only way.

If you do so, make sure to fly with lufthansa! Very comfortable airplanes even in economy class.
