    I got my router but am failing to connect, l have tried to contact Vox staff but l have not been assisted yet.The last person l spoke to blamed load shedding but we did not have load shedding the time l called.

    What must I do if I get a bill and they dedicate money from my account? I didn't evens receive a router or network or anything form Vox but they have my money . Plz help me

    I haven't receive router but the message said billing has already started how come can u pls explain I won't pay for something that hasn't in my home no router I can't be billed

    Good day for some reason when I type in the link while I’m connected to the MikroTik wifi it keeps saying no internet so what should I do? Because i have been trying for 2 hours now

    I need to know the ONT does works only with the port from the Router cable to it..Does it need power too the ONT.?
    I will have an installation in due time

      The ONT needs to be plugged into a power outlet too.

    Yhooo new client and struggling to do self instruction and i have been calling and no one pickup because they never sent configuration keys. Have been put of wifi for days as i canceled my old

    Did exactly what you did but still doesn't work. I can't even find the Router USSD and IP address. Can't connect using both WiFi and Ethernet.......... useless
