    Why is my account suspended? I was promised by Ashton prrins the account is set to manually and will not be suspended pending the investigation I have had no feed back yet but you cut my line again. To top it up I'm feeling like shit and not in the mood to fight as the last 3 months I had fair share of fighting with all of your broken promises and poor service delivery I went and made a payment son your app as you promised it will result in immediately reactivation but now it does not ? Why that just another false advertisement and lie added to the rest I'm still waiting for feedback on the investigation, I still waiting on details for ombudsman and now I been struggling whole day now trieng to get someone to do the job they getting paid to do again you are in breach of our agreement again. I expect a call first ting business tomorrow 08:05 I am back on the phone with the ombudsman
