I've noticed that a few people are confused about why the subtitle at 4:01 reads: Lisa rasiert ihrem Bart. I could be wrong, but I think that what's happening here is that even though the pronoun "ihr" should be in the accusative case in this context, the [n] at the end of the accusative form has assimilated to the place of articulation of the following [b] and has become [m], which happens to make it look identical to the dative singular form.
Unfortunately it’s a mistake. It is „ihren Bart“. Such a shame that we didn’t notice this mistake. 😞

I loved it! It's very helpful to remember vocab with fun examples like this. The only thing is I wish there was more of a pause after longer sentences as I was repeating to practice pronunciation and I could only fit the short ones in.

In Germany you can cross your fingers while making a promise to avoid having to comply.
In Russian also (both ways). I don't think someone would actually hold their fists, but this is how it's called: "держать кулачки за ..." (to hold fists for ...).

The entire expression in german "Ein schöner Rücken kann auch entzücken". It means, literally, "a beautiful back can also delight".
In english is more common something like "nice legs, shame about the face", but it sounds a little bit sexist.

If you are a beginner with German, we would recommend you to first use Seedlang until you finished level A1. If you then can understand some parts of the videos, the Patreon exercises of Easy German are useful. They are mostly between the levels A2 and B1.

Kaanpai Ich glaube die wollen damit zeigen, dass es zwei Wege gibt, um das zu sagen:
1. Lisa schüttelt mit dem Kopf
und ohne mit
2. Lisa schüttelt den Kopf
@@samcollins8330 Das ist schon richtig dass es zwei Wege gibt, nur wenn man das "mit" weglässt ändert sich der Fall. Mit "mit" = dem Kopf; ohne "mit" = den Kopf. Letzteres wird aber nicht erwähnt.
