- Hey guys! So here it is... new crossover. ^^
I decided to use one of my favourite Disney songs - "We Are One" from "The Lion King 2". I found this amazing cover some months ago and I get inspiration to do a video with it. ♥ I always wanted to do crossover with Nala and Vitani as mother and daughter and I finally did it. :) I was working about one week at this video. I know this video isn't perfect but I was working hard and it was fun to do it. ^^ Anyway, I hope you enjoy. ♥
About crossover:
Story of it takes place about 3 years (if you don't know lions reach maturity at about 3 - 4 years of age) after Simba runs away when Mufasa died. Scar become a new king because he was Mufasa's brother and he was first in line after Simba to rule Pride Lands. The new king need a heir which could take over the throne if Scar was gone. He choose Nala as his new queen and force her to mate with him. After 3 months she give birth to her new daughter - Vitani. Scar is mad at her because he need a male lion which can become new king after him... No a daughter which can't rule. Scar walks away. Months passed and Vitani grow up. Nala is showing her daughter Pride Lands and she is singing song for Vitani. She also remembers (black and white scenes) her childhood with Simba and the night when Scar forced her to mate with him. Some time later Pride Lands are destroyed because of Scar's rule and overhunting hyenas. Nala want to run away and look for help but she can't take Vitani with her. She decided to give her daughter to Zira. Nala is very sad about it because she loves her daughter but she know she has no choice. Lioness runs away and in the jungle she meets her childhood friend - Simba. You know rest of story... :)

What I really like is that it points out that this is what would happen if scar chose nala to be his queen like he wanted to in the deleted scene

This is so heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time! Especially Nala asking Zira to take care of Vitani, while looking at Kovu and Nuka, Nala remembering Simba as a cub being present with them (those who are gone) and the light atmosphere , while still being slightly overshadowed by Scar's presence at 2:39.
And I love how you included all the lion guard landscapes, the flow of scenes was perfect! :DD

I loved it!, Well I'm Brazilian but you can understand...
Nala was Vitani's mother, .Vitani must be Nala and Scar's daughter, but she had to hand over Vitani to Zira to adopt and take care of her..she loved her daughter, but with Scar ruling the lands of the kingdom and with the drought, she ended up with no choice..
Then there's that deleted scene on TH-cam called: Scar's madness, I don't know..
Scar tries to get close to Nala, but Nala manages to push him away, denies reigning beside him as his queen, and does not accept being his, that caused Scar to have exiled the nala..Well, as there wasn't much food, she went hunting and found Timon, Bumba or is it Pumba, and Simba...
the rest of the story you already know..
so vitani learns that nala had a daughter with simba, who would be the future queen of the kingdom lands..
Then she remembers that moment with the two of them together, so when she meets again with Nala she asks...
Where is your beautiful daughter..nala..

I'm not really a 'Vitani-daughter-of-Nala' kind of person but ... this video made me actually consider it. Haha! Great video, beautiful and superb edits. Everything flowed perfectly. Kind of wish LK 2 was more like this -- with Kiara being closer to Nala than Simba.

Great editing!! This is one of my favorite fan theories too, it explains a lot. I expect Scar chose Zira first but then when her male cub was sickly he chose Nala... but then Nala had a girl so he took off to look for Kovu giving Nala the opportunity to leave and find help.
