We have scanned all of our factory by using a Leica scanner, the output of the scanner is point cloud. What i wonder is that if it is possible to get real 3-D dgn files from this 3D scanner outputs?
For example files likes platform dgn? Is that dgn file created by drawing by someone or provided from an other output?

hello if i have two files with separate origins or they simply aren't aligning when using coincident world, is there a different way to align them?

Hi, there could be a number reasons why your files are not aligning. I would do the following: 1. Check that the Elements are placed in the correct location. 2. Make sure "True Scale" option is on. 3. If none of that works, find common a point (X,Y) between the two files and move the Ref. Hope that helps! Sorry for the delayed response too :)
