@@therideproductions9872 such an interesting proposition to go aerostitch... Big investment. However I am SO interested in having something that fits.. fits me. just don't make pants that fit a guy 36x30 pants are always way too long. It may be worth the trip and the money. Seriously considering it

In 1991 i bought the "Roadcrafter 2 pieces" and 24 years later i sold "ebay" to a guy from England ... Here in Spain it´s probably the only ¨magnificend" one AEROSTICH!!!! Thank you for the product.
My one piece Roadcrafter suit is 33 years old and could use a zipper rescue kit but I have managed to keep the zippers operating with some McGuiver like ingenuity. It still fits too!
Great Video. I don't like the placement of the cuff is(outside of the sleeve) because if you go down, that cuff is opening up & the sleeve can ride up exposing more of you to the asphalt. Otherwise looks really good
Each sleeve has 2 closing devices at the wrist. (1) hook & loop strap and (2) a 6" zipper. You use the hook and loop strap to set the wrist opening to exactly what you want. You then use the zipper to open the wrist up so you can get in and out of the garment. To set your wrist opening: just put on the jacket, close the wrist zipper and set the hook and loop to your preference. I like mine snug so the jacket can't ride up in a fall. Others like to keep it loose so that air can travel up their arms to help with cooling. (I also add another layer of protection by using gloves with a 3" gauntlet that goes over the jacket sleeve.) Once you set the hook and loop to the exact size you want you never have to touch it again. To get in and out of the jacket quickly you just zip up or zip down the 6" wrist zipper. Open the zipper to get in or out. Close the zipper to get the wrist opening you want to ride with. The pants also have a similar feature. The most amazing feature about the Roadcrafter is its clever design features so that you can easily get in or out of the suit in less than 10 seconds. My boots, my helmet and my gloves all take longer to get on than my Roadcrafter.
I haven't yet, but hopefully in the next couple months. Weather got cold and riding season is pretty much done, so time to hole up in the garage and make videos! I have a huge backlog of videos to make :)
I've owned several of both, i prefer the one-piece. I can't say i've EVER take then 2 piece apart or worn just the jacket. So the one-piece has less material around the waist and i find to be more comfortable.
I have owned both and they both have their pros and cons. If you are going to commute to work or just ride with your buddies and go home then get the 1-piece. If you regularly ride to a destination and want the option use the pants or jacket separately then get the 2-piece. Example 1: you are done riding for the day and just need a jacket to walk around. Unzip the pants and use the jacket. Example 2: You live in a hot climate you so only wear shorts* and a t-shirt under your Roadcrafter suit. When you stop for lunch you have the option to peel the jacket down (just like a 1-piece) or remove the jacket completely. *(FYI, Aerostich recommends that you always wear something between the Roadcrafter and your body to add another layer of protection.) Because I now live in a hot climate I prefer the flexibility of the 2-piece. When I lived in a cooler climate I preferred the 1-piece because the clothes under my Roadcrafter were all that I needed if I took the Roadcrafter off. Another consideration if you live in a hot climate is the traffic you will encounter. If you are going to be stuck in a lot of stop and go traffic on hot days then consider an R-3 or a Darien because they are unlined. If you are generally moving all the time a Roadcrafter is fine, even in hot weather, because you can regulate your temperature by moving the main zipper a few inches down or up. I have ridden for 24 years. With the exception of moving my motorcycle in and out of the garage I have always been covered in an Aerostich suit and a full-face helmet. It is such pleasure to ride and to be protected from the sun, rain, bugs, and dirt. It gives me more time to focus on the potholes, mini-vans, drunks, texters, and fools that we all share the road with.

@@clayleihy3884 I've had multiple versions of both. The 1 piece is great and a little lighter since there is less fabric. If I got another one it would be 1 piece, since it's a single zipper it's a little easier, plus i never once wore the jacket separate from the pants. If you ride a more sportier bike, you'll want the forward rotated sleeve option. Hope that helps.
