Junna is a full on pro. Playing since she was 15, now 24-ish Under Pearl's umbrella, contracts also with Sabian, and Remo. She is a powerhouse and a joy to watch
I am always amazed when musicians pick up on subtle differences on a cover. Sharing your knowledge and familiarity with each song is appreciated. Thank you!
The magic of Junna is the thing she has in excess of talent is joy. I get the feelings I would enjoy watching her on day 1 or day 5000 if the passion is still there.
Great Reaction! I enjoyed watching your reaction and in depth analysis on Junna's drum cover of Genghis Khan. And I fully agree with you on most musicians lousy covers on the originals. And your also spot on when you say, even though Junna adds her own fills and style to the cover, she does it in a way that adds to the greatness of the song, rather than degrade it.
Yes! Junna is a beast! You can't go wrong reacting to any of her covers or her original material (Demon). I am pretty sure she is 25 now unless her friend was playing a joke on everyone with the video of her birthday party/cake. She has never, to my knowledge, stated her age. Looking forward to more Junna!
I saw them on the N.O.T.B. Tour as well. Opening for the Scorpions. I almost got to see them on their Killers tour opening for Judas Priest but ended up not being able to go.
Clive Burr is a legend. Junna is not doing an exact cover of this song, but I think I like her version better! She really kicks a$$ on this one! I have a friend who has been playing drums for 30 years, and he won't even attempt this song! LoL! ( And he's a long-time Maiden fan. ) I would love to see Junna try DEATH "Symbolic". I know she could do it!
Yay! Definitely looking forward to more Junna. You'll hear that double bass/tom fill in a lot of her covers. If you're into Yngwie Malmsteen, her cover of Rising Force is fantastic. Or I highly recommend the song Demon. She definitely puts her all into every one of them and has fun. As far as what you were saying about Iron Maiden, I'd have to say Powerslave is my favorite album. I honestly don't care for too much Maiden beyond 7th Son.
@@DefendUSA1776 Probably 7th Son. I heard that a lot of fans were put off by the addition of keys and synths. I thought it was still very good. Different, for sure, but very solid.
She is doing a Babymetal Doki Diki Morning cover.. a short version of it 'couse originally from an Instagram clip BUT.. I like what she does with her left foot sometimes and in this video she has worked a little more on that technique.
JUNNA is an absoulte beast as you have found out. This is the cover you were talking about. My favorite cover of JUNNA's "【 JUNNA 】Through The Fire And Flames / DragonForce - Drum Cover" th-cam.com/video/UKr1H4Jv6is/w-d-xo.html. Gee Anzalone, DragonForce Drummer was like a proud father when he reacted to JUNNA's cover, stating it is the best cover he has seen of the song. Hi, can you please react band called Voice of Baceprot? They are three piece young female metal band. You can check their mv in chanel : Voice of Baceprot...if you want to see their live video from their concert in Rennes France, you can check in chanel : Skullator...i recommend you to react VOB song : god allow me please to play music, killing in the name cover, school revolution, whats the holy noble, sundanese instrumental etc. Thank you
Thanks for the reaction video! Junna is great. Besides her awesome Through the fire and flames cover I would like you to consider her Queen cover, of I was born to love you th-cam.com/video/LBOzJdrQryQ/w-d-xo.html and her cover of a japanese song (I think), Makenaide th-cam.com/video/9E0PVENLaz8/w-d-xo.html Compare it to the original song and you'll see how much she is adding to the song, making it ten times better!
And why not check out a great song - Voltage - from her old band, Trident (the band now has e new drummer, also great) th-cam.com/video/9k9txMouU34/w-d-xo.html
That's the interesting thing about drummers, and to some extent other musicians. Really good drummers can keep time, in the pocket with complex fills and make it look easy with hardly much movement - but really good drummers can also play with lots of flair, arms swinging, and make it look like they are working hard and hitting hard. I like it best somewhere in the middle - not too showy but enough show to make it interesting. Junna is very showy (also very good). Yoyoka is much more showy in her solo covers than she is when playing live with a band where she is a bit more serious. It's all good though!

Amazing cover absolutely love this

Thank you.
This track is pure energy on high octane! The drums help make that happen in a big way, and Junna does a superb job playing it effortlessly.
She is just so entertaining and a great drummer. Thank you for reacting to this video.

yes she is 25, and she start late to learn play drums, she was 15 year
Just further proof that Neil Peart's mustache from the 70s is the master of a secret drum dojo in japan
I was lucky enough to see Maiden with Clive Burr on the N.O.T.B. UK tour in 1982, awesome drummer and sadly missed ! 🤘🤘
I saw them on the N.O.T.B. Tour as well. Opening for the Scorpions. I almost got to see them on their Killers tour opening for Judas Priest but ended up not being able to go.

JUNNA is so good...keeping a close eye on this one. 🥁🏆
It's incredible she looks like she's having fun. What a Phenomenal young Lady.

Full agreement with everything you stated. Though I cannot remember if it was 7th Son or Somewhere in Time that left me wondering what happened.

Agreed on Rising Force. Her cover is awesome. She also covered Queen I Was Born to Love You and her version is so much more intense drum wise.
@@shazariahl 100% I like her Queen cover better than the original.,😝

Most of YOYOKA's covers are done in one shot, like you said, kind of rare in the YT community.
Oh Yes,she s the Best.
my fav drummers junna also haruna LOVEBITES. late to the party.seem u highly praise my fav bands LOVEBITES.im subbed
Clive Burr the original drummer was a single bass drum player...This version was grooving though. Really enjoyed her energy!
excellent content Bobby-Metal, Junna also does an awesome job covering Doki Doki Morning with cosplay as well.
Nicko Mcbrain is a single foot bass drummer. He also plays barefooted.
She has an original too. Checkout Demon.
I 2nd that. I've watched it no less than like 20 times. Not only is Junna fantastic, but the whole song is great.
Junna would fit right in with Su & Moa.
Junna è mostruosa!!! Ti consiglio,se non l'hai ancora visto,Deep Purple Burn covered by Sina Doering :pazzesco!!!
new intro
nice
She reminds me of Keith Moon
Yes , Junna is fan of Iron maiden ! Great ! Clive Burr would be pround of her ! RIP Clive ! Junna is a real badass at drums , so Clive was !!

she destroys kits
Check out Junna Ruma Riina Kun
This song alone proves that Clive was a better drummer than Nicko.
Junna is a great drummer, but imo she is a bit too theatrical for the camera. Nothing against Junna or her style but it is not for me.

Speed is all she has though. Period.
Start the video at 6 mins too much jibberish
Go watch the actual video instead of a reaction.
You talk too much to your broadcast man just saying
Yeah sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
she's fast but that's absolutely all. period. yoyoka is one hundred times better.best kid drummer in the world by far.
