Thilar explained that the #740Vmachine is tailored for #mouldmaking applications, featuring an #xaxistravel of #760 mm, #yaxistravel of #425mm, and #zaxistravel of #475mm, with a #tablesize of #900mm by #400mm. The machine offers #spindlespeeds ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 RPM and a #spindlepower of #7.5kW to accommodate high cutting parameters.
Equipped with options for #Fanuc, #Siemens (828D), or #Mitsubishi controllers, the #740V is #optimized for #mouldmaking, #die casting, and #precision testing moulds, with a #loadcarryingcapacity of up to #800 kg. Special features include #rapidautomaticretraction after power failure to prevent dig marks on cavity surfaces, ensuring #uninterrupted operation.
