Very appealing. The row houses give the town a cosy feel. I'm trying to find the spot where they filmed the Wimpy Bar scene in the 1967 movie Bedazzled.
That whole backlot, predominantly where the green screen sets are situated and george lucas studio were the site where they built sets for kubricks The shining back in 1978.
This is quality. What drone do you use? I’ve always wanted to do this but never had a drone! You should also fly over the new Sky Studios down the road from Elstree Studios 👍🏼
@@rollybentulan I’ve been looking at the mini 2. They look great. What would happen if you fly lower around the studios could you explore more or would the signal cut out?
@@sedition1142 the signal can only be cut out if your drone is not visible from your controller, but it's not totally cut out but just signal lost. It will coming back to you automatically from where it been take off because of the GPS tracking system.
But they give me permision to fly not more than 100meters high, thats why i got signal. Because normally if the area is in resticted zone, your drone wont be able to take off at all.
sorry to tell you that this footage was a year ago, and at that time it wasn't restricted yet that's why I got permission to fly my drone. That restriction that you said is only a new expansion of their restriction a few months ago. not a year ago. You know already in a restricted zone if it's restricted you can't fly your drone because of no GPS access from my DJI drone manufacturer. I know what the CAA rules and guidelines. FYI if a zone is restricted you cannot get access from a GPS to fly a drone, so it is impossible to fly a drone. unless you apply for a permit to get permission like my Knightsbridge drone blog recently I apply for a permit from the police and the parliament ranger and Chelsea helipad for a good reason and they granted my request for a limit of time and range only.

Your not allowed to operate in borehamwood . There is a flightpath leading to elstree aerodrome directly where youre flying too
