    These radishes are very good to eat. You can find them in oriental stores. My wife is from the Philippines. We eat them weekly.

    If you mow them after harvest but leave radishes in the ground, will they rot into the soil?

      Yes, they rot and that taproot decays quickly in the soil leaving macro and micronutrients and releasing them for uptake by the following cash crop.

    To increase soil health, which is why you plant cover crops- why put herbicide down? Defeats the purpose..

      It's a research farm so they've used herbicides in various plots over the years 😉

    Yeah but how r ya ganna pull your harvest out and not ruin thr cover crop?
