I detest the slam ball. I truly do,. BUT the exercise I detest the most work well for me. Works well when you're in mental contemplation of something. I find this exercise works very well when you're trying to figure out some things in your head.. at least for me. Thank you again for a comprehensive tutorial

Yeah i feel that... i did 6 weeks at a fitness camp and lost 50lbs i incorporate almost everything into my workouts at home aside from the slam ball and i dont see the results in my arms core and leg that i want. GRANTED we also spent seven hours in the gym everyday and im only doing like 1½ but im taking that into consideration. The slam ball seems to be crucial UGH! ALSO if your curious about the fitness program its called live in fitness. Give them a search!

    • @CriticalBenchCompound

That depends on a few things.
      1. How sever is your DR?
      2. Have you done any other form of exercises to repair/ heal your DR?
      3. How much pain do you have with your DR?
      4. Has this pain increased or improved over time with exercise?
      5. Has your doctor advised you against doing any specific forms of exercise?
