For the last 120 or so years they've been called a motorcycle with sidecar.
Yeah, we just call them sidecars. Been around for ages and it was a cheaper option for travelling for more than one when even the most basic cars were too expensive for a working class person to afford.

Fictional Circuits are pretty good imo cuz when you compare it to some Herman Tilke tracks the fan made tracks are better & more creative
