I just found you. Explaining what you are seeing before you compose the shot is everything for me. I'm relatively new to photography and alone in my new hobby. Thank you for taking the time!! You have wonderful insights :)
Great shot as always. Telling your thought process while showing the scene and photo really does help as a reference and explains why the photos "feels great to look at".
I also want to say how far you've gone. I stopped watching for a while because I got busy working as a fresh grad. Not long ago, I finally could afford myself a fuji and started watching your videos again. I sure was surprised with your channel growth, keep at it! (Oh and also your presets helped me do quick edits for the photos I took for friends & families 😉😉)
I was in Hiroshima this month and happened to see your video when I arrived back home. I kind of wish I saw this video first for some more ideas, but I was still happy with some of the pictures I took.
Preorderd this little guy, stoked to use it ❤ very nice shots as always 😊 also would be interested in the performance of your preset with portraits/skintones.
Total ASMR. Very nice shots sir. I know the lens has its quirks, but i'm really positively surprised by the image quality actually, especially for what it is.
Lovely shots as always! I don't know if you've done it before, but a video with you shooting just on a phone would be fun, to see how your approach to getting shots changes
Beautiful images as usual Adrien. I also hope other manufacturers create similar lenses. Maybe not technically perfect, but optically very good, and emphasizing size, weight, and character. I'm still surprised Sony hasn't made a single pancake-like lens for full frame. I purchased the Viltrox through the Indiegogo campaign. Should pair well with the A7c.2. Cheers from New Jersey, USA.
Adrien, did you took all these photos in a single day? They are outstanding. Great ones. 28mm is not my cup of tea, but yours look fascinating. I particularly liked the one of the tilted castle in the morning Reminded me that I was at Hiroshima at this time last year, hope to be back soon. Loved the size of the lens. Keep the great work, man 👏👏👏
I enjoyed this video! Talking about pancake lenses, the very first lens I bought for my sony camera was a pancake 20mm/f2.8, from sony. Have you tried it?

always a pleasure to hear your thoughts before taking the picture, I actually learn a lot from watching these

although i’ve already pre-ordered it, i’ve been waiting for this video on this “chip” lens!
The 28mm is fun, though difficult to configure on the back. Thanks for always taking such great shots of Hiroshima!

Fantastic images as always! And it was so cool to see the pickled plum onigiri. I bought quite a few of those when we visited Japan last month 🤓
This lens is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love your videos! Can't wait to get a compact camera so I can go vlogging around Tokyo. 👌🏻
Beautiful video. Convinced me to get this lens. Now, am I going crazy or do I not see the link to this lens on the video description?

I just bought the very cheap 7Artisans 18mm (27mm equiv) X Mount pancake lens. Fixed aperture manual focus, a fun little thing.

👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 beautiful images
You know how to make a 28mm lens workl I find the pictures very clear, with not a lot of character, besides the flare.
For $100 I can see a lot of people just picking up this lens for fun. Great video!
Yes.
¿Por qué no ambos? 😄
nice
What the lens
It's very helpful, but Please speak more cheerfully. You seem gloomy.
