So it looks like the build I renovated was a copy of another Sims TH-camr called Isambardy :( On the gallery, it didn't have any "original build by" so this user must have followed along with the TH-cam video and put their own spin on it... I contacted Isambardy on their TH-cam channel about this and asked if they'd like me to take the video down. You did an awesome job redesigning the abandoned house boat! I did see that the original house boat was made by Isambardy on her TH-cam channel (she also goes by the same name on her Sims 4 Gallery ID). I'm assuming someone downloaded it and modified her lot for this challenge? Either way, I really enjoyed this process and this series is definitely one I would like to see more of!
As someone with an audio processing disorder I usually hate speed builds because I can't keep up with the build and listen to them at the same time, but yours are slow enough that it isn't a problem. Thank you for that! And this is a lovely build!

This brought back great memories. I spent a week on the Oxford Canal during spring break while I did study abroad in the U.K. during my uni days. There were 6 of us crammed into a boat meant for 5. She was called the Camilla of Medley, green and red, and I can't believe they rented her to a bunch of college kids! We weren't exactly hard partying types tho. We spent Easter Sunday sketching landscapes and farm houses on a sheep covered hillside. The most memorable part of the trip was when we returned from a village trip for provisions, only to discover our boat had become untethered, floating downstream... and it looked like ALL the others. "Hey, is that our boat?" became the catch phrase for the rest of term. Good times! Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful renovation of the House Boat, it makes me miss TS3 Island Paradise soo much. Im a Brit and used to have friends that had a boat on a canal and used it at weekends and Holidays and my friend Janet taught me how to do the Canal Art. Its interesting as the roses are done in layers left to dry between each layer, very beautiful when finished on objects. I enjoyed your makeover its so cozy and bright. Btw simmer roseymow has some gallery Art of Canal Art paintings she did for me.
