Minish cap was by no means a underated gem, but it was just underrated. The minish cap had a bunch of experimental features that didn't make it into other games. Those features make it feal like no other zelda game at the time. But the minish cap had a couple of annoying issues and was quickly overshadowed by it's successor. The minish cap is still regarded as a great game and is praised as one of the best 2d zelda games ever by LOZ fans.

Shayne’s parents buy him things to keep him out of their hair while they yell at each other. Damien’s parents believe in playing outside and don’t have as much money. The teacher doesn’t bother them about the PSP even though it’s technically against school policy. This is their favorite part of the school day.
