You are welcome. My coyote series is helpful for scoliosis -- there's a few videos here on my TH-cam and a series on Patreon. I'll keep in mind a specific video for scoliosis.
in regard to upper back, there are lessons to help "nudge" the disc back. My audio CDs for Head & Neck really help with that, and my Shoulder Audio Series as well. -- you can find those on my Patreon Site or through Amazon and iTunes. www.sensingvitality.com
The Seal series is excellent for toning the side of your core. I have short lessons here on TH-cam: th-cam.com/video/1pR6WVswlI8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Ume-o_luIEfNtPGk and the whole series on my Patreon www.patreon.com/SensingVitality.
That would be a very different lesson and not the same effect. I have many other guided lessons while lying on the back on a small blanket roll on Patreon- the Coyote Series and Vital Core series. I haven't made short lessons for the public of these but you can try out some on Patreon now for free -- there is a free trial membership. Check out Core as a tag to search for those lessons on my Patreon: www.patreon.com/SensingVitality
No, I was hopefully trying to be clear on the video that the roll needs to be a soft, blanket or towel roll. The foam is too hard, too high, and isn't the same texture. You can certainly try it if you like but it's not as good. Those long styrofoam pool noodles that have a hollow center might work- i've tried all kinds of things over the past decades and prefer the blanket roll
🌸thank you for years of wisdom.
I had scoliosis before so maybe a video for scoliosis? Thank you. Great work.

Thank you. Do you have a lesson also about backwards hernias? (Upper back)

@@SensingVitality This is very kind of you, thank you very much ✌️
Hello, Annie.
How often should we do this movements?✌️
I would do them once a day for a few days and then switch to another lesson
@@SensingVitality Thank you so much!✌️
Hello, Annie.
Can I try to do this with a foam roller, or that too high?✌️
