DAY IN MY LIFE living alone | teaching english online, cosy vegan winter dinner vlog. Heeeyy! Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you're doing okay! In this vlog, spend the day with me as I work from home as an online ESL Teacher. I had a busy day teaching online and then headed to my local supermarket to do my weekly food shop at Sainsbury's. I was craving a cosy, winter meal so I cooked butter beans with rice, avocado and broccoli. It was so yummy! Very cheap too as the can of butter beans were only 49p and the whole meal happened to be Vegan! It's nice to sometimes have a meat free dinner! I enjoyed this while watching 'Gilmore Girls' which I am absolutely loving at the moment! Thank you so much for being here, I really appreciate you!
