You could record it to the end of the part you like, pause, go back, record that part again, repeat, repeat. When you wake, keep your eyes closed, concentrate on staying in that state a few times, then you'll be able to keep yourself in that state while doing stuff.
I made a trigger by recording a key phrase (snap), so I can put myself into that state anytime. But I miss going thru that divine video. 😢Oh, yeah, I made a release trigger too. I've trained myself, with several triggered states, to stay in state as long as I want. The "lose your voice" is the easiest one to work with. I can do it overnight.

I discovered all kinds of sex videos (files), look for HFO (Hands Free Orgasm) where the hypnotist takes you thru an orgasm. There's an unknown-to-me full body orgasm, which is just what it sounds like, it's not a sexual orgasm. And the full-body one can be repeated. I don't know how to pick between full-body and sexual, mine are always full-body. It's mind-blowing. Some files, the hypnotist will leave you hanging , , ,

I've now listened to this about 20-30 times in the last 3 months. I'm not on HRT, but my body has been having slight changes. My chest is now one inch deep on each breast and 2 inches when I put my shoulders forward and together to cram it in. I have been doing additional mental visualization techniques hoping to give increased estrogen production and hopefully transition to female, but I expected a much lower degree of change. I'm thankful, but this has me wondering if anyone else has experienced long-term physical changes from listening to this hypnosis since I am unsure if this hypnosis was the cause or if my visualization techniques which are more directly intended to have this affect have helped in any way.
When she was getting ready to wake us up, I started crying my eyes out. That was really an amazing experience.

I'll be honest i had zero faith in this. By the end, i was drooling with my face on my keyboard. My mind kept saying this isn't right but you kept saying "it's fine, you're safe with me" and so I just feel deeper and more relaxed. I almost felt like I was a little boy and my mom was telling me "don't worry you're fine, trust me". Very cool experience. Very well made
How long are the effects?
@@spongman6945 Well once you come out of it, you just feel really happy. It's a small step, but every small step is important and appreciated. It's a hard choice to make to become trans. So this was a smooth spot in the rough I guess you could say. If you're asking if the effect is permanent, I'd say yes. Of course you will need a lot more than just this, but it was very helpful. It opened up a part of me, it's like when you cut out the testosterone, you can think so much clearer and differently.

This is the second time I have experienced this video as I visualize myself as a 5ft 1 inch blonde woman. In future videos,you may want to include a height reduction as part of the total transformation. I felt my body being reduced to the height of 5ft 1 inch, my weight dropping from 210 pounds to 105 pounds as part of my transformation experience. Again thank you for this opportunity to experience this marvelous transformation.

I just want to say for the people who still use this, I did this for the first time and trust me it works. When she started with holding my hand, I feel my hand closing up and when she said "you will start to smell flowers as she is counting down I started to smell them very gently. Not to mention that I felt tingle in my feel and finger and just to let you know you HAVE to be in deep trance for this, I am 14 and now every nigh I will do this again to feel it more better (BTW I'm trans). I find this useful so thank you and I will re watch this every night!

Physically, nothing actually happened. Mentally, I FEEL like everything is there, and my body feels softer, but I'm still a guy on the outside. Can't wait till I actually start hormone therapy so this can actually start to happen! It's a pretty good audio, too. I like it when there's some kind of story. It helps me visualize it more and help boost the effects, I guess? I dunno. It's great either way.

Then I grabbed a crop top, a skirt and some tigh highes. He grabbed them and changed into the clothes. I took so many pictures. He thought he was a girl. I put a wig blonde wig on him. Then he acted like a girl putting nail polish and makeup.

So Iam genderfluid (asigned male at birth too) and I wondered what this would do, it didn’t really give me any hallucinations or a different way of experiencing my body, but it did give a lot more confidence and made me feel super androgynous, thank you so much!
"genderfuild" so you move from one box, what you consider to be the male gender identity, to another. What's wrong with your name as a label? I'm not a man, I'm "josh chacin". This iidea that I should want to put a label to describe something innate about myself that's shared with even just 50 other people horrifies me.
What's wrong with treating masculinity and femininity the way we treat personal labels like introvert...loner...etc. The forrmer is made popular by so sorta of test and yet people still use it slightly flippantly.. Usefull enough though to describe yourself on tinder.

The feelings didn't last long after getting out of trance, but they did feel quite real while in it. I also have to say, that "helplessly hypnotized" video makes me drop into trance like a rock with you other videos.
