Yes his brand of comedy died when Johnny Carson left the tonight show,and i miss Johnny and Rodney back when people had a set and told it iike it was instead of the mediocre namby pamby bullshit thats on now. However that being said,Jimmy Fallon has taken the tonight show and made it worth watching again,he a talented guy and seems to be taking cues from the old show as well as making it his own.
It's amazing how comfortably Dangerfield fit into the new phase of comedy where dirty jokes are acceptable; though, I think he may have gone a bit too far... kek!
