@@sailorsandseadogs have a 12v vacuum cleaner onbourd lots of cleaning to do and make sure you have a good supply of dry dog food with you. Happy cruising

Great information . thanks for sharing . I m trying to figure out how im going to take my 100 lb hyper lab sailing . He already loves being on a boat . Its just a matter of getting on and off the boat and potty training on the turf.
I have a small snapdragon, my maine concern is my Bull dog, puppys head is to large to swim with out bouancy, mum can just about swim, both need bouancy ,as yet other than soft shore they have never been in sea or current, iys this in mind , I wonder if traveling around Britains coast, im going to be selfish, or should I give up th dream?
@@sailorsandseadogs Got a couple different sizes, got netting ready around boat,but need fixings to keep to floor, and been looking at cheap ways to build doggie platforme with steps or ramp up to transom., and im Britain n weather can be easy to adjust dogs, but I think a small bilge pump in the sea to spray thin cool water on bow my be an answere is motoring ? but I will get your book. im sure ill be inspired as w cant think of every thing , and help is one of the things I find in water thank you :).
Though bull dogs need 4 or 5 times getting out a day, they need little long exersize? so on such a small Yatch, I would have to devise ways to keep them fit lol?
We are about to get a new puppy 🐶🐶🐶. But very unlikely she will ever get on a sailboat, let alone halfway across the world. We don't know how you guys do it 😊😊😊.
What about Hawaii and other "wild rabies free" US territories? Do you have to go through the quarantines required for entering dog before you can leave?
I’m not exactly sure about Hawaii, especially with the additional regulations brought on by Covid. It’s always important to check individual websites for the most up to date information.
This video is not dog friendly :) There's an annoying sqeaking/squaking (bird?) in the background which had my dog running around the TV. All good, can't wait to take my dog out on the water.

I don’t have experience with hitch sailing but I have sailed in the Canaries with my beagles. It’s very dog friendly there! You will love it!!!

You definitely need a life vest for the bulldog!!!!!
