09 F150 FX4 has been making intermittent squawking sound during acceleration, occasionally going into limp mode with clunky shifting until engine shutdown, then it resets. Problem is constant now, slipping, vibration, constant squawk sound when in limp mode. Took to general mechanic, diagnostic states: fluid burnt bad, TCM is defaulting to 5th gear causing noises/jerks/vibrations, especially when trying to shift, 3 codes for issues with TCM.
