Once it was available for Steam Deck, I downloaded it...but I've never played an MMO so I haven't even opened the game. I need a MMO 101 video because this style of game is extremely overwhelming. I will save this video and once I build my "courage", I will use it as my guide to Palia. Thanks K!
I think this game will be a good introduction to an MMO. Palia encourages you to play with others but you can easily play on your own until you are ready to interact with other people. There is a lot to do in the game but you can really just do what appeals most to you and ignore the rest. I hope you give it a try!
This is great. The only I would add is it's very helpful to do the early quests for the guild leaders to learn your skills and get the initial items you need to perform all the activities.

I'm just coming back to the game since like late September last year so it's nice seeing quality of life stuff they added esp the 3 separate inventories for amo and such as that took lots of space before. Also very happy building the house and new rooms doesn't take 8 irl hours anymore

I just started playing the other day after watching Knimbley stream and I really like the game so far. But how strong does axe and pickaxe need to be for the flowtree thing and gold that you were talking about? I can't get some things.
My biggest issue is planting seeds , I put soil down and till it but when I try to plant seeds it gives me a warning "must till soil " helpppp and I'm on PC .ty

You mentioned 2/3am... this depends on how the environment. I have waited till 5am if someone is travelling from Pulsewater or if someone calls out that they are on their way. It is not hard and fast rule but... I have noted a dramatic change in this in recent weeks. Many people are cutting and not waiting for anyone or calling out groves. As a long time player, this really annoys me and affects the sense of community. I love it when people apologies and wait but there are many who do not give a hoot.

The glider you will get from questing so you should get that soon! Follow your quests and for rooms, you need to buy expansion rooms from town hall and add them to your home!

You probably haven’t tilled the soil all the way. This happens to me sometimes too! You need to keep tilling one spot until you hear a sound.

Yes! That's how they fix things and update the game. Usually they go down for a couple of hours and are back up the same day
