Properties of Aparna, My Home, Rajoushpa are best in Hyderabad, all well maintained posh society, always in demand.
Yes but they are costly too...60 plus for a 3 bhk
So costly 2 bhk is around 50K
@@priy98 yes property around Hi-Tech, Gachhibowali, financial district & kokapet are more in demand. Still I feel it's lower than posh colonies of NCR & Mumbai.
@@hike4u1 You cannot compare mumbai with hyderabad.Mumbai is 300 billion $ city while hyderabad is just 75 billion $
@@priy98 who calculate living standard in City GDP? Mumbai is more like Slum for middle class with crowded local train, I've suffered a lot there.

I am glad that you liked 🙂 we searched most of the houses through nobroker and housing.com .you can't visit on ur own as entry needs to be approved by someone who stays inside .
I would not advice brokers as some of them may ask for even visiting charges..if you start looking on no broker, some agents will themselves call you .Also keep choking fb pages for flat ads. Hope you get a good house .
Hi, I am curious to know, if you're married, how long it took to finalize your husband and other arrangements. If you're not married, based on the information above, I would assume a minimum of 5 years to finalize everything.
Your assumption is very less...rental property is for few years but the husband is your life partner ...so that takes time for sure ..maybe you can check other Videos to find out if I am married and I promise that will not take 5 years...

You can search houses via no broker magicbricks etc .the brokers themselves will connect with you .
It already took us almost 1 month to get good flat in vertex panache kokapet.If you are not telugu it is difficult to find flat in hyderabad as most of owner want telugu renant.
@@priy98 that's not true I'm from North, but never faced discrimination in last 4 years. It's all about rentals.

@@hike4u1 you are lucky to get good landlords ..I also encountered few ppl who were not ready to rent their place coz of specific constraints..

@@poonamsingh112 I watched the video but society name is was not able to find it. In your search vlog some of the apartments were not shot due to tenants presence. So if you can give hint that would be helpful and what is rent plus maintenance

Hi , You can start searching on no broker and housing .com websites , agents will start contacting you themselves , you need not search for them ..also check on fb pages for available houses.

It depends on individual Flats...we saw a 3bhk Semifurnished in 42 plus maintenance
Mam mujhe 1bhk chahiye or mujhe sfit hona h 21th jan ko hi or mujhe kuch area pta bhi nhi h toh aap suggestions de sakte ho kya ❤
You can search nearby areas around your office /colleges to avoid travel time.

To answer your questions...lb Nagar is good as much as I have heard..
Independent houses do have security concerns and ground floor I wouldn't have definitely not gone for..however it totally depends on your criteria.. if it fits den go for it ...20k is OK for a 2bhk at least.

Seeing the prices and inflation, 15 k is a small budget ,I hope your requirements aren't of a gated community?
@@poonamsingh112in 15k you can't live anywhere in hyderabad. You can get 2bhk old apartment, on private property. Gated community is minimum 40k if it's a good brand/ has good amenities. If you have kids, gated community is better. If not stay at private itself.

@@varpithaa It depends on the area, the places she searched is posh locality (Major IT companies within 5 KM, so its expensive)
Hyderabad is quite big and you can even get a big beautiful villa in 30K but then again it won't be close to hitec. Hyd has diverse options in different rentals.
DLF Ultima Gurugram me 65k rental hai, it all depends on the location.
